We were subjected to the proverbial anal exam to get our loan. They declined to allow use of $250 of our bank account money, because it was deposited as a money order, which they said had to be proven where it came from. It got REALLY bad in the 15 years between our two loan processes!!

Unspeakable beauty, Matt Walsh. You. Nailed. It.

Exactly. Everyone has a god. Something they worship above all else. A job, money, sports, sex, power and position…
The list is endless.

I follow an Abortion debate group where a lot of women claim their mothers should have aborted them. Seems implausible (what kind of mother would say that to a child?!?) until you see how they are. TOTALLY MISERABLE.
“a fetus doesn’t get to live off my body without my permission”
“People have things removed from their bodies every day”
And the most offensive? In reference to fetuses being incinerated for heat:
“What else should we do with medical waste?”
It’s truly immoral and reprehensible!

(Haz-mat alert from Monsters, Inc.)
I couldn’t resist.
Seriously, though. How dumb can this get?

Can I just stay in denial, please?! I can’t look!
I was fooled once by someone who I thought was a friend. That was almost 10 years ago and I am still queasy about it! If someone has even ONE doubtful body part, my angst rears its ugly head. No pun intended :D

“less madness bumping around in my head, which is nice.”
Have fun with that–until next Friday.

He once said, after leaving the job, he “loved” that job… lying liar loves to lie
That's how he got the job. He lied to every answer on the job application.

What in the WORLD???
That was a man, screaming obscenities like a girl? And why the vitriol? That “student” is mentally deranged!

I can’t help but feel that if I were a liberal, somehow, this would be racist.

@sovereign and gonzo. Thank you for underlining the judgmental attitude of red’s comment.
We CANNOT know what is in store for that mother. “Man looketh on the outer appearance. But the Lord looketh on the heart” (and I would add “soul”). To say she will burn in hell is the kind of judgment the scriptures warn against. We can see and say that what she did was wrong, but FINAL judgment rests in the hands of our Maker.

Great article, but could theblaze have used a WORSE freeze frame for the video at the end of the article?!?! Geez…

Ugh. I know it’s just mindless entertainment, but I’m not all that excited by wrenching choreography, senseless lyrics, and confusing video interpretation. While the violinist has talent, she’s brought down by the awful companionship of the singer.
That’s my $.02, but I should qualify that by saying I have kids that would think I’m a big fat nerd who likes Siouxsie Sue and Robert Smith. What do I know? ;)
I would just rather listen to her play violin. No offense to the the singer, who is also talented. I just think their respective "instruments" don't complement each other.
And that video distracts from the work of both women.

It’s about getting money to support the station. Even Glenn said once that he would take money from (some group he disagrees with) for capitalist reasons. Smart folks can discern the difference between ads and shows.
I learned this the hard way. A conservative talk radio station ran ads from a swindler and I fell for it. I then realized that it’s not up to the station to proof the advertisers.

The state plays a mean game of poker. They hold a lot more chips than the “living man” does. And they don’t like to lose.

I’m all for rational evaluations, but the fact that these parents have ONLY said some choice words and gone through legal channels tells me what I need to know. They are above board in this case. Beyond reproach. Hell, they followed their doctors to the very hospital who took the girl away from them.
Remember: they followed her doctors to Boston. Who does that fault point to? If anyone, it’s the doctors who should be scrutinized. They didn’t know about the reputation of Boston Children’s? (which was the propensity to place some children in DCF custody)?
If you “haven’t really followed this story”, you really should keep your “don’t judge” comments out of it.

This should strike the fear in ALL parents and family members of the sick.
As a father of 2 daughters, this would have pushed me over the edge. If this happened to me, I can guarantee that judge would be incapable of ever making another ruling on anything.....I would accept whatever consequences came with my decision, but that evil, judge would never be able to to destroy another family from the bench again.
This ruling is unconscionable, preposterous and downright evil.
Not just parents of sick kids. They are just the foothold. In a generation or less, there will be bureaucrats claiming that it is the state's responsibility to take care of all the children. Independent thinkers will be called a psychological danger.
This has to be stopped. By any means necessary.
Not just the sick. The state used "medical abuse" for this, next they may use "psychological abuse" because they don't like another state's education plan (common core anyone?) or they may not agree with your religion, so they will take your child for that reason. This is just the beginning and we either stand up now or we bend over later. Like Mr. Dan said, this has to be stopped by any means necessary. A war should happen if that what it takes to get this girl back to her parents. What happened to the torch and pitchfork crowds? We need to bring that back.
