A few yrs back I heard of a convs between a salesman who traveled extensively in the rural south, and a local Sheriff. The salesman was commenting how he noticed things had changed so dramatically since the ’80′s. Kids back then used to run out toward the road and wave at his car when he’d drive by … and by the mid to late ’90′s, he would see open hostility, w/ kids flipping him off and acting openly aggressive and hostile. He was asking the local Sheriff if he’d noticed any changes. The Sheriff’s answer was quick… the changes began when the locals gained access to Cable TV.

To watch how the TV content has so dramatically changed from the positive and uplifting role models & family values shows like ‘Ozzie & Harriet’, ‘Leave It To Beaver’ etc etc to the VIDEO SEWAGE and callous, routine violence that is allowed to be pumped into our living rooms these days. Couple that with the decline of discipline at home infringing on parental rights, and a school system determined at all costs not to injure Little Johnny’s self-esteem … no wonder the kids act like this.

A few yrs ago I drove a school bus for yr after having no contact w/ school kids since I left HS in 1962. WoW !! What an education that was, both in the lack of respect coming from the Jr.High+HS students, as well as the Liberalistic approach promoted by the school district. In a word … Depressing!!

JOBS … JOBS… JOBS … where’s all our JOBS ??

What’s the big mystery? American JOBS are exactly where Democrat POTUS Bill Clinton AND Republican Senator Bob Dole (the deciding Congressional vote on NAFTA) sent the American JOBS when they FAST-TRACKED all their Free Trade Agreements through Congress.

Our Public Servants shipped those decent paying manufacturing JOBS over to desperate 3rd Countries where they could get away with u$ing frightened little 12yr old girl$ and de$perate people to manufacture all our ‘Stuff … for pennies-per-hour, ZERO BENEFITS and HUGE Profits for the ‘INSIDERS’, instead of paying a decent living wage to some factory schlub in the ‘Small-Town’ USA.

Over 40,000 entire factories unbolted from the floor and shipped overseas since the passage of NAFTA.

But as the ‘Media’ continually promised us throughout the process … DON’T WORRY — BE HAPPY… we’re going to be a SERVICE ECONOMY now in the United States. We’re all going to be Computer Programmers and sell each other insurance, and do each others laundry… blah-blah-blah.

So how’s that ‘SERVICE JOB’ (JOBS) workin’ out for you and your family. How many of them do you have tryin’ to keep your head above water … COMRADE?.

The American People have been completely betrayed by BOTH the Republican AND the Democrat Party.
