JROOK, that would be hard since most likely anyone involved in a “rolling gun battle” would be using guns illegally purchased.

Verce, in a few states like California (cough) it has been proposed to make owning a gun illegal and have confiscation of any gun mandatory. While these proposals have not gone any further than that it shows that in fact people are willing to consider doing it. In which case this fantasy conversation becomes reality as according to a state or even federal government that passes such a law any gun not in the hands of someone that depends on them for feeding their families will be illegal.

I’m sorry did you not know the KKK was for gun control? You know so black people couldn’t SHOOT AT THEM! Also what court admissible evidence have you seen that firmly places Zimmerman as guilty of more than defending his own life? If you are either a juror or the judge in his case please let the bailiff know of your views so Zimmerman can actually have a fair trial by his peers as is his right.

Thomas, they can indeed take our freedom away. Even though they did not give it to us they can take it. If a woman had to choose between feeding her children or ratting out her husband for having an antique shotgun that was in the family for generations which do you think most will choose? If people had to give up their firearms or be forced with facing multiple felony charges and thrown in jails most will accept their fate than force the gov’t to try to put millions more people in a failed excuse of a prison system. If parents were faced with either losing their children to social “services” or turning in their guns what do you think most people will do? If people do not comply with them taking our freedoms what do you think 0 will respond with?

Tribunal: Did you have prior knowledge of a possible attack on the embassy in Benghazi?
    H. Clinton: *Achoo Achoo Cough Cough* I’m sorry I just caught a sever case of the Flu in ten minutes and I can’ t respond to your question. I think it will last until you give up making me take responsibility for my department.

Peace and Tolerance? I am sick of hearing about tolerance from the same people who yell and shout and scream when someone believes in something they don’t. Yes the shooting was horrific yes it could have been prevented if the staff that initially tried to restrain him had been able to shoot him.

“repeal the outdated relic of a bygone era.”
Your first amendment is the same age, so is your fourth repeal all of those too since the second is baring reasonable regulation so must the first and fourth. Hey the thirteenth is getting old too so that needs to be repealed too.

BIO It’s because with guns we would be on the same playing field if they tried an armed takeover of the country.

    PROSECUTE
Kids in schools and most of the teachers think “protection” is having your personal Trojan in your wallet.

See the whole “On December 10, 2006, hundreds of thousands of Hezbollah members and their ****** allies rallied to demand that Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Saniora, a Sunni, establish a “national unity government” wherein Hezbollah would be allotted one-third of all Cabinet posts. Hezbollah deputy leader Sheik Naim Kassem declared that his side was willing to stage street protests for months to achieve its goal. “Does Bush want popular expression in Lebanon?” Kassem thundered to the crowd. “Do the West and the Arabs want to hear the voice of the people in Lebanon? Tell them ‘Death to America!’ Tell them ‘Death to Israel!’” Yeah it’s not just Israel they want dead it’s us too.

    TIMBOT
Many Americans like yourself(just a guess) disprove of America’s actions. Does that give Mexico a right to claim everything southwest of the Louisiana Purchase and repeatedly and with severe casualties fire nearly thousands of rockets into Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and California? Then claim that any retaliations are unjustified claim a cease fire then fire even more rockets? If you say yes please move to a border town in Mexico, if not THAT is the situation Israel is in.

Israeli teachers are required to be armed at all times but never have any cases of mass murder, I wonder why?

This entire comments page is filled with old bitter people who regret never having the opportunity or ability to go to college. The talking points I see repeated about college indoctorination couldn’t be further from the truth. There is nothing wrong with my generation.

I didn’t have the ability to go to a university or even a community college, I’m 21. There is a whole heck of a lot of things wrong with our generation, yes they were started by the previous generation but continued by ours. Our generation for the most part just coasts along never trying at anything, when somebody does good and makes a good bit of money guess who comes out of the wood works looking for their long forgotten “friend.” Yes people are taught this in schools but it is up to the individual to make the decisions not the teachers. I made a choice to actually think critically many of our generation would rather light up a joint than actually think.

    JECEIL
I graduated in 2010. I struggled in college. I’m a hands on learner, which isn’t good when schools are designed to shove you in a lecture hall for 90 minutes and expect you to spit back out whatever information they throw at you.

Same for me but I couldn’t take it along with no money to pay for it. I had to drop out of college but I’ve registered for the summer courses at a tech school and will do the EMT course there. 4 months with no English or math courses and having hands on courses and I’ll have my EMT certification.
