  KAYDEEBEAU’s response is one of the reasons I have so many concerns about fundamentalists.

  a) god answers all prayer – this is an unoverthrowable theory. You assign god’s will to every result. When it doesn’t work out, you simply write it off as not fully understanding god. When it does workout, somehow god is now fully understood.

  b) a complete lack of respect for anyone who doesn’t fully embrace an identical theological position.

  Are you referring to natural disasters? Children drowning to death during tsunamis? Appendicitis’? Parasites burrowing into the human body, causing unimaginable pain and damage? Cancer?

  What is a god? The concept is so far outside of everything we know that we should start by explaining what one is, rather than blindly suggesting an unknown entity exists.

  Then Islam must be true. Billions of people believe it, therefore it’s true. What type of evidence do you have to suggest Allah is not the creator of the universe? I just want to understand the logic.

  Dawkins, Hawking and many other atheistic scientists have gone on the record saying that it’s certainly possible that a god or many gods could possibly exist. However, they dont feel there is sufficient evidence, or any at all, to suggest these claims might be true. Using your logic, any thinking person would have to be agnostic on topics such as bigfoot, unicorns, faries, and yes, even gods.
