  He will die as you will do someday. You will all transition into nothingness. Time to grow up, children. The guy who made that comment on air is an idiot, but it affects no one in any real way. It’s unlikely that anyone affected heard it, and no on has a right to not be offended. Cool your jets and get on with your life.

  It was a stupid comment for a public figure to make – but – this might give [those who do] good reason to stop making the argument that “god’s in control” and claiming “MIRACLE!” when one live baby is pulled from the wreckage. Also note that many Christians do believe that god directly causes these [making quote fingers] “acts of god” to remind us who’s in charge. In all fairness, it kind of has to flow both ways – insensitivity notwithstanding, of course.

  I can’t shave my head and get pissy when someone calls me baldy, and you can’t believe that “god’s in control” and get irked when someone points it out, again, insensitivity notwithstanding.
