Funny thing is that, as usual, this will end up hurting the poor more than anyone. For example, I have data plans on my family mobile plan. Each kid gets 2GB / month for no extra charge, anything after that is throttled but does not cost me extra. Watch how quickly that goes away if T-mobile is no longer allowed to throttle that data overage. Now we’ll either have to pay more or their data will just get shut off after the 2GB is used.
Ask Bill Clinton! :)
I typically enjoy reading the comments section of the Blaze more than the actual stories. I think the Blaze members have got more brains in their brains than the brains that write for the Blaze. However THESE comments are INSANE! I think I may love them even more!!! :)

It is a lot harder to raise taxes when it affects everyone at the same rate though. Right now most of the country doesn’t care and even support higher taxes because it only affects the top 50% of the country. Once you start hitting a 100% of the citizenship with tax hikes then they will be less likely to do it out of fear of being thrown out of office.

Maybe losing this badly on a regular basis will make these kids question why they are getting a trophy at the end of the year.

Don’t you know that a narrow, confined alleyway is the safest place to be when there’s a riot and possible gun fire. Just stay there and wait for police … yes, that was sarcasm

These morons don’t think about consequences like armed citizens popping one them. I live in PA, just a couple miles from the mall where we had a similar event last week. If I remember correctly, 11% of PA residents have their license to carry. If I were a criminal, I would not like those odds.

I don’t think he was protesting. A lot of these guys do it simply to educate fellow citizens which is why he had books and handouts. I’m constantly asked by people “Is that legal?” when I’m out with my firearm.

Do you feel the same way about your other rights? Freedom of speech is great …. but just don’t say anything controversial.

He was willing to do all those things because he planned on deleting the recording and then it would be his word against “some right wing nut job”. Too bad for him he wasn’t smart enough to work the phone.

Should the police pull over every car that drives by to make sure the driver has a license? Should they stop everyone and ID them to make sure they are not fugitives? I mean, they can’t rule it out w/out stopping you and forcing you to show ID, right? Not trying to be a dick, your comment makes sense but it’s really no different.

Not to mention they were getting closer and closer to the intersection where he could have attacked someone walking by that didn’t know what was going on.

It may not get through the senate and if it does, it will get a veto but at least you can make these democratic senators go on record before the next elections.

I know ammo is expensive but I think it would have been worth the extra round to the face in order to make sure that there is only one side to the story and so that the tax payers don’t have to take care of this jagoff for the rest of his life.

Shouldn’t it also be illegal for police to talk on their radios during a pursuit? That seems dangerous.
