And in some circles this may be considered; “A hate crime”. The Obama administration has yet to comment. (CNN)

Your reference to one of the two Atomic bombs dropped on Japan will escape most readers. I hope this helps. Yes, bombing the Muslim terrorists back to the stone age would be a short trip.

Amen. Too bad this is so seldom invoked today. It seems we are about two generations away from what was a pretty normal impulse of “family” values.

The local police who come as a result of the 911 call need to be told; “I will cooperate with you as soon as I consult with my attorney.” Your emotional words and believed innocence can and possibly will be used against you. The police are NOT necessary on “your” side. They must be neutral as the “facts” go. Don’t contribute to your own persecution. Take a CCW class or at least an instructor for his/her opinion. I carry an attorney’s name and number with me at all times.

This location some 40 plus miles north of Tel Aviv is “beautiful”! The Roman chariot track and theater have been restored and concerts are held there. A great place to visit. And I agree, a “finders fee” should be employed for all the reasons noted.

Yes! Regardless of the Republican candidate in 2016, this IS the message to deal with Militant Islam. As for term limits, I hope you are involved in helping your state pass a resolution to create a “Convention of the States.” See: http://www.conventionofstates.com and help! Imagine an amendment to balance the federal budget! And term limits for congress AND Supreme Court justices! Let’s roll!

Amen! If teens are involved, parents “should” be held responsible it seems. However, the courts will not act on “parental” responsibility unless they were directly involved. Clearly, these kids parents are NOT involved in properly preparing their children for adulthood. Deportation could be an answer under the right administration.

I gag at calling BHO, President Obama. He gives now meaning to: “And Nero fiddled while Rome was destroyed.”
 February 15, 2015 at 10:54am
Amen. Sheltered by guilt ridden parents and hand held electronics, this group needs a course in economics American style. And unless smarter people than can replace Obama Care, they will face a bigger hurdle in the work place.

Hypocrite is spelled; Barack Hussein Obama or as a alternate; “Saul Alinsky”. It’s pure communist double speak and the willing media or “useful idiots” as Joe Stalin called the American press. And the biggest racist in the country is in the White House. How disgusting!

Now it will be PETA that will step in! The poor dog could have been shot!

Ruth Bader Ginsberg is a great example why we need stronger opposition to appointments to the court. Also a good example of why we should consider term limits on Supreme Court justices. As for her nodding off after a meal and wine; God bless her, at least she was there to honor her president. As for me, I could NOT stand to watch another leftist campaign speech by BHO.

Amen. This essay reminds me of “Pravda” in the USSR or the Third Reich under Socialism by Adolf Hitler. The secret to avoiding this “current” administration in the future is an offensive, clever campaign on social media as a quick response. The young people today are not stupid. they are just immersed in their “I” phones. Good government must counter with truthful clever messages of our own. Most all people lead personally conservative lives outside of their political views.

Never forget your “race” card. It works every time! It’s been going on for over 50 years in northerly states at least.

Many of these intersection crashes could be avoided with longer caution lights between red – greens.
A longer yellow would just encourage speeding to make it through. I suggest a 2-3 seconds of all red rather than than the switch from red and green at the same time. That's an artifact of old stoplight tech that doesn't pose a problem for modern tech.

Clearly, there is more to this story!

I have a lady friend who’s son has been arrested for theft at Walmart here in Prescott, Arizona. They even sent detectives to his home to search for other stuff. BTW, he was also a “vendor” working in the store weekly. Walmart is attempting to “balancing” theft and public relations. In this case they loose!

As a CCW holder in Arizona, I hope you have a trained gun rights lawyer on speed dial. After a home invasion where you discharged you weapon, you need a lawyer to be present when you are interviewed by the police. If you say the wrong things, you may be in more difficulty from the get go.
Yep. I have a buddy who is a deputy. He advises to simply say "I was in fear for my life" and "I have called by lawyer".
While true, some areas are more different than others.
What everyone needs to do is this:
Have an attorney as soon as you get your CCW. Best bet is to do some searches and find the best 2nd Amendment attorney you can afford. Then set up a meeting with them. Ask to pay a retainer, generally a couple hours worth and most of the time they will gladly start a file for you. Then go about your life. Check in once or twice a year to make sure you have an up to date business card, phone number and address.
Go about your life.
If you ever are forced to defend yourself (even if it is a defensive display), call your attorney. However, if you shoot do this:
1) call 911. Give them your name, address your description and a brief run down (guy broke in and was going to kill me)
2) advise them "I was forced to defend myself, he has been shot".
3) Tell them where he is living room, hall, etc)
4) request EMS, "please hurry". Hang up
5) call your attorney.
6) when the police arrive you say: "I thought he was going to kill me", "I was in fear for my life", "he had a weapon", or "I was trapped and facing eminent bodily harm."
7)" I have called my attorney and will wait to answer more questions until he arrives. "
Now, you will likely be arrested and processed. However, depending on the circumstances, they may just take the gun and your info and release you RoR. Especially of it is a clean shoot and the attorney is well known.
Also remember, the burden of proof for defensive action in your home is significantly less than in public. Unless your jurisdiction has "duty to retreat" language, if someone enters in the middle of the night that alone is sufficient justification. Just don't shoot your daughter's boyfriend when he is sneaking in for a little sugar.
I had a friend who was a victim of a home invasion in Phoenix. It did not go particularly well for the invaders. They managed to escape, but the buckshot coming down the stairwell encouraged them to move out at a rather rapid pace. In the 4 minutes it took the Phoenix PD to arrive, they stood outside and shot up the exterior of the house. The police took his statement, some photos and told him to stop by the station and sign his statement in the morning.

Do we need anymore information on the religion of this president? From a questionable Christian all black Chicago church to the latest weak statements on the Jordanian pilot, we know how Obama feels. And anything from the Pentagon is washed clean by high ranking “*******” who are waiting to retire with high pensions and have forgotten their integrity and character of a military officer. All that can be done is to curb funding and careful defense of constitutional law by this congress. And THAT is also scary. LOOK at http://www.conventionofstates.com for a solution! Let’s roll!

How about some agency “testing” this sample? It’s not funny. Chem trails; is there an answer that can be validated? Stop the conspiracy crap. It just makes conservatives look as bad as the neo communists.
Labeling everything a conspiracy....sounds familiar.
Usually said by people trying to cover their actions. Makes people look crazy. And the guilty go free.
GP, How about an independent lab does gas chromatography spectrum analysis and gives us a real answer, that would work for me. And i could really care less what some MSM buffoons label me, If you are too worried we look silly or dangerous because we question everything that comes from our government or mainstream media outlets perhaps you need to ask yourself if you are worried about the right things.
lighten up GrayPanther. The Good Lord knows if you can't fix something, you'll live longer if you can at least laugh at it. Where's your sense of humor?
