Decorated Vet Arrested After ‘Rudely Displaying’ His Rifle — and Says Officer Pulled Gun on Him in Front of His Son
April 17, 2013 at 12:00am
“They don’t care what the law is. In this day and age they’re alarmed when they see somebody with weapons.”
A nation of unknowing WIMPS.
Whoever reported him should be arrested for false report or something.
Including that sorry excuse for an officer who felt “threatened”.
If he felt threatened then he should have called for backup and keep his distance till help arrived to ease his fear.
Brown shirts? The SS wore black. The SA were brown.
The back seat of honor.
Not bad guys unless they get embarrased.
Marathon Mayhem Video #9: Marathon Explosion Captured From Runner’s Point of View
April 16, 2013 at 12:25am
I understand that the second explosion was closer to the start than the first, therefore this runner might have been closer to the second which would have been passed at or before the video started. Hope he/she wasn’t nearby.

The Constitution Article 1, Section 8, Clause 16 already gives the job of the Militia to the states. No need for the 2nd Amendment to duplicate it. Also the 2nd Amendment says “people” and not “states”.
Al Gore’s Current TV Rebuffs Advances by TheBlaze, Agrees to Sell Channel to Al Jazeera
January 3, 2013 at 7:36pm
This quote from the story is important.
According to a source close to the negotiations, officials at TheBlaze were told that “the legacy of who the network goes to is important to us and we are sensitive to networks not aligned with our point of view.”
It tells me of their priority. Watch the FCC OK “another point of view” for al-jazerra.
Fury After Paper Publishes Names, Addresses of Legal Pistol Owners in New York
December 24, 2012 at 12:50pm
IMHO if someone went into the house when nobody was there and searched the home, not finding the gun, the paper can be responsible for pointing to the house where a gun might be found.
IMHO if someone went into the house and confronted whoever lived there, and then was shot, then the person shot didn’t pay attention to the warning not to enter that home. S/he shouldn’t be able to sue the homeowner for shooting him/her.
IMHO if a handgun was taken and then used elsewhere the person shot can sue the paper for pointing where to find the handgun used against him/her.
Is this a NEWSpaper of a PROPAGANDApaper or AGENDApaper?

The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to keep the people armed, along with those supporters in the state Militia when the governor calls them up, and other members of the military to defend the Constitution as per Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15. All the rest, crime protection, and hunting, are just frosting. Tyrants and criminals want the people to be armed with at most a flintlock.

How could a “blanket” on the ground “know” what is under it in order to duplicate it? There must be some picture taken before and used for each part of the “blanket”. Another concern is changing environment. As the sun sets, the blanket would be as bright as midday. Or morning light on a very dark “blanket”.
Hannity Panel Erupts Into Shouting Match During Gun Control Debate: ‘You Shut Your Mouth!’
December 4, 2012 at 8:37pm
I’ve said it before. A debate with both sides under control of their leader and all can participate. A logician to decide where on a logic tree a question, answer, or otherwise would be placed. If a question is evaded, it is seen by all and recorded for everyone to see. There would be two people, one from each side, who would alternate between Logic Tree Reporter and would report what is on the logic tree and ask questions of the logician. The second person would be an audiance interviewer and would ask questions of each side. They would change places so that eventually everything would come up for questioning. This is what I call Proper Logical Debate. To quote or paraphrase Worf; “It will be glorious.” We all have questions of one who must answer or be seen not to answer.
