  If he had a permit and declared the firearm, how were the police able to figure out how many bullets the magazine held. That information is not written on the bottom, so they must have had him remove it or they removed it themselves, now I think we have a 4th. amendment issue. They suspected a crime, but lacked a warrant to search the magazine.

  The issue isn’t the firearm or the other bullets since he could have those, so what was the reason to remove the magazine from the weapon? You just cannot walk into someone home and begin to search for evidence, so how can you remove a magazine from a weapon.

  Easy fix, have a member of Congress sponser a private bill to allow them to remain in the US.
  ICE would not dare remove them while the bill was still pending.

  Every professional law enforcement officer is trained that the head or neck is not a target for a baton strike unless the person is armed with a firearm or knife, unless you’re defending yours or another persons life from harm that might result in serous injury or death. In other words, the head is off limits! I see a whole lot of people losing their jobs for this, and someones family get a big fat check.

  I really don’t have a problem with this assignment, I can understand why they selected the Nazi’s for this one, they are the worlds best known bad guys… I would like to think that for the next assignment, the Students would be asked to defend Israel.

  BTW… I am married to a Russian Jew with a very open mind, I’m sure that she would also see this assignment as a exercise much like that TV show that asked the question what would the world be like without America.

  I don’t think that most people understand, if you have a green card, you can have 100 DUI convictions on your record, the US DOJ will not allow ICE to deport people for that. According to some immigration judges, failure to register as a sex offender is not a crime that can get you deported. Sure ICE released a few thousand non-criminals, that is nothing compared to the tens of thousands of felons they were forced to release because their county or a DOJ immigration judge will not allow them to return to their country. A judge will allow a rapist to stay, if he faces possible harm back home, better yet, they will order him deported but not to his home country, leaving it up to the alien to find a country, if they have no luck in 90 days they get released. ICE is only a small part of the problem, people need to take a hard look at the DOJ. A alien that is released from ICE custody on bond, might be given his first court date in 2 or 3 years.

  3 tours in Germany with the 287th. Military Police in Berlin and the 529th. Military Police “Honor Guard” in Heidleberg, don’t try to tell me that there is a standard practice of awarding medals to Army soldier when they change duty stations. I was a M.P at Allied Checkpoint Charlie and didn’t get a darn thing for my service. Being unable to pass the stardard US Army PT test would have been enough prevent the Major’s promotion from happening. Congress needs to investigate this, this is a insult to all those who served and didn’t attempt to kill their own.
