So what? What next, will we start checking out the criminal records of American parents and start removing kids from their homes. How about we just pay the family members of these illegal alien child a visit and sack up the whole bunch, why not if they are illegal and have criminal records. Better yet, hold these kids in ICE custody and have their cases heard and completed in 30 days or less.

I wonder what the kid will do with all his money, lets face facts, someone with the school system or in local government will agree to pay him something, because facts don’t matter any more, it is more about feelings.
He'll need the $ to study "Constitutional Law" at Columbia,, then support his 5 or 6 wives and 50 kids. Sad thing about Columbia is that nobody in that classes ever read the Constitution, only study the way the Activist Fed Judges have ruled it unconstitutional, and seek to rub it out, and all Amendments.

Good for Canada…. Better if they just took Christians.
Hard to do if they are already in the building. I know of someone who was killed in the stairwell of the hotel in New Orleans that was under siege in the 1970's.

This study has been done more than once with the same results, I am glad the U.S. taxpayer didn’t fund this.

If they get their passports back, they will destroy them and the United States will be unable to returned them back to their own Country.

They are coming to America, once they land they will enjoy the same rights as a citizen. They can go anywhere they want. Let’s say they come here wearing a I Luv t-shirt, unless they have a valid passport or other proof of citizenship, immigration will never be able to returned them to their country. All them to the of Sudanese, Cubans, and etc., that will never go home

I sit at home just thinking how much my life sucks, wondering if I should just put a Glock in my mouth and pull the trigger. Then I read something like this and realize that maybe I don’t have it so bad. I wish I had enough money to buy this guy a new home, because he got screwed.
it ALWAYS gets better. there's likely been times for all of us. never regret sticking it out and seeing whats around the corner. ;)
Gosh, Gunnett, I so hope you are being sarcastic and/or wanting a shock response and not, actually, that depressed. If so, please, talk to someone. Life is worth living and circumstances change.
@ Gunnett - DONT YOU GIVE UP!!!! Fight those evil feelings and stand firm! You are a LOVED child of your Father in Heaven! He loves you and he wants you to succeed! I don't know you but I love you and I don't want you to give up. Get on your knees and pray your heart out then get up and call somebody for help. DONT YOU GIVE UP!!!!

People might not be aware but a DUI conviction cannot be used by the government to deport a legal or illegal alien. There is a case in Nebraka where someone has 4 convictions, he is illegal and stands a very good chance of having himself awarded a green card by a immigration judge because he has been in the United States for over 10 years and has 2 U.S born children. There is another legal alien in the State prison right this minute serving out 3 convictions for DUI, got arrested while awaiting trial on for DUI, nothing can be done immigration wise to him. About the only rule he is breaking is not filing a change of address form with USCIS.

If a illegal is caught at the border, released and ends up in Nebraska, thry will not see a immigration until late 2019. By then they will have found other reasons to be able to stay. 2019 what do you think of their chances of moving and forgetting to tell the immigration court their new address is. If they missed court and get ordered deported they can have their case reopened just by claiming they never received notice. Then it will be 2022

As a former INS officer, I am no fan of illegal aliens. With that being said, why is everyone ASSUMING that he is a illegal alien, maybe he is legally in the United States, or surprise he was born here and is a US citizen.
Yeah! Who would assume that criminals would commit crimes?!
You sound intelligent and posed a cogent question, but you seem to have forgotten one thing... if the nationality (or race or legal status) is left out of a story, it's pretty well assured that it's because the left has subdued the lamestream media into not reporting anything that would cast the liberal agenda in a bad light. Surely you have seen that for yourself?
It's possible he's here legally, but would anyone be surprised if he isn't? And if he isn't would anyone be surprised if the administration released him with just a promise to show up at his next court date?
@Gunnett: Because 9 times out of 10, it IS an illegal alien (undocumented Democrat). That is why we assume he is an illegal alien. As a former INS officer, you should know this by now, don't you think?

What is this guy going to do, force her into a orange jumpsuit, lock her in the back of his van or display her in a tiger cage. Maybe he plans to drive her to McDonalds 3 times a day, and use the restroom at the local gas station.
After he arrests her, is she going to get a trial or be able to post a bond, seems to me this idiot is forgetting about a whole lot of peoples rights.
