  Yeah! Vein OR artery? I caught that too. As far as stopping it with a belt goes, depends on how high up it was cut. I tried to do that on a guy in Iraq but it was cut too high up in the inguinal area (the groin) to be effective. Eventually used a Chitosan dressing made out of shrimp shells. It saved his life, but he lost his leg.

  Doctors are PROHIBITED from institutionalizing patients who go off their meds. That takes a court order and it’s VERY difficult to do.
