  “A change in Carney’s vote would have changed the outcome, which is against the House rules.”

  Except that accidentally pushing the wrong button isn’t the same as changing your vote. It means your vote was never accurately counted because of a screw-up (abiet her own fault). The vote should be overturned.

  Yes, it is a scary thought. Fortunately, it’s not even remotely what’s actually happening. This article is completely misleading and suggesting that this is a “Kill Switch” is just plain shoddy journalism.
