  As a practicing Catholic I can point out a few things about my faith.
  1. The priests are getting more and more liberal. They want to do good for their flock but lose their way when they forget about free will. Its no secret that Catholic countries turn communist often. Its because they think they have to FORCE their beliefs rather than preaching it.
  I have run into this personally on many many occasions.
  2. Most Catholics reside in blue states as they are the original centers for Catholicism. If you look at areas like the mid-west, they are still considered “missions”. Massachusetts has a HUGE Catholic population but is a communist state (see point 1)
  3. Catholics have decided that they are good people if they are compassionate without looking at the whole picture logically. Something like 30-40 % are actually in favor of abortion, while the Church is vehemently against it. They look at the mother as a victim rather than the child. Look at criminals, they see them as victims of their upbringing rather than the actual victims.
  4. The days of the Knights Hospitaller are gone. Catholics are not encouraged to use violence when encountering violence. Even Jesus told the apostles to sell their cloaks and buy swords. In my youth I encountered a priest who served in WW2 and slept with a 1911 on his nightstand. Catholicism DOES teach killing in self-defense. You are not damned for it.

  To sum it up, Catholics are now illogical liberal *******.

  at this point there would be millions of people who refuse to be disarmed. What they really want to do is cease the sales of new firearms, and so called “high cap mags”, then not allow the transfer to the next gen. In 30 years there will be no guns left. Its a slow game. They know better than to try and bully us. They just whittle it down.
  Look at the next gen of kids. They actually think communism/ socialism is a good thing. The bad guys are already winning.
