  • When you are dealing with National Defense you NEVER take a tactical weapon off the table. Yes there should be a warrant authorizing such an attack. The trouble with Rand and Ron both is they make you defend people you would prefer not to defend. Graham, and Holder are right. A drone strike on US Soil is pretty far fetched and hypothetical. Such an unauthorized drone strike would be impeachable, and it is highly doubtful with out full confirmation that the suspect is an eminent threat, and not a possible intelligence asset that the Joint Chiefs would even follow the order. Delving into something that most people familiar with the chain of command process that members of BOTH parties follow smacks of an attempt for cheap publicity.

  • Well I sit through another interview with Rand and it is going real good. But when it comes time to show the stones necessary a Commander in Chief needs to be decisive and lead. Rand drops the ball. What is worse. You can see what is going on with Glenn and the guys. Pat and Stu start rolling their eyes because like me they wonder if Rand really did the Filibuster as an Act of Valor, or was it a publicity stunt? At least Glenn called him on the rug for this indecision. But the plain fact is we are wasting too much time on a guy who wants to be a little bit pregnant when it comes to commitment to honor, and not enough on guys that exemplify it. Mike Lee, and Ted Cruz.

  • Whether it is Rand or Ron Paul they end up having me defend people I don’t want to defend. Who is advising you Rand? Holder is right here. This is purely hypothetical. First of all The President would consult with Holder, then Holder would have to go to Federal Court to get a judgement, and authorization of force. This isn’t anything new. The without a trial thing is a straw man. Does any one have any court transcripts for the trial of Bonnie and Clyde? There wasn’t one. They were Public Enemies. Glenn when are you going to stop letting this guy play you? The Liberty Crowd can never come up with a good candidate for Commander in Chief because they have NO concept of what the job entails. President and Governor are the two most serious offices we have to pick, and we get off track judging their qualifications based on if they are like able, or in the Libertarian world they think the President should not have any powers at all. The drone program overseas is what has Obama’s favorability so high on CIC. The truth be known most people who have their kids deployed in Afghanistan would rather have us blow the crap out of a house of bad guys including non combatants whether than have their kids have to go in there and do it themselves. Glenn you need to listen to Marcus more.

  • Glenn when are you going to realize that Rand Paul is playing you just like his old man did. The Paultards are killing us and making it hard to rally the troops in the time frame you are talking about before the machines crank up. Oh by the way. The Dem machine never stopped running after the election.

  • Four of these people were elected officials. The rest held jobs in the Republican Party or under elected Republicans. The big question is: Can we hire based on a marriage litmus test? Can it be asked during the interview? I don’t have any problem with the litmus test. But to have it will require a judgement in court to support it. Is there one at this time?

  • If Glenn came out in support of Ron Paul now they would accuse Glenn of some kind of conspiracy plot that came to them in a vision when they were smoking pot.

  • Welcome to the club Glenn. I voted for Bob Barr in 2008 and Guy Fawkes/ George Soros Crony Capitalist faction inside the Libertarian Party was too much to take. It is all about them, and now when conservative rank and file Republicans are striking back at them they are being ******* about it. Having to put on street clothes and come out of their parents basement was more than their hemp induced brains can handle. Ron Paul could have done something about these people, and now Rand will be the one who pays for it.

  • If they hadn’t been engaged before it would be different. But in this lawyer ed up day and age there can’t be any dispute now. They have text messages and a shipping receipt for evidence. They are officially engaged. Hopefully negotiations proceed to be civil and productive on the prenuptial.

  • Good for you Tagg!! Every red blooded American Boy should stand up for his father’s good name. YOU ARE A GREAT AMERICAN!!

  • Ron Paul is really starting to tick me off

Liberty is right. RP supporters are not going to vote for Romney no matter what. As a Romney voter though. I dispute the Pauleesta’s voting for Paul will take votes away from Romney. I think he will take some. But Gary Johnson will get just as many Democrats and Independents. The issues base of the Libertarian party draws a variety of support. This is an issue that only serves to encourage the George Soros backed RP supporters, already messing up the Republican Party to keep up with their operation of Chaos.
