Is it just me? Lately when I click on a link to read a Blaze Story my computer literally freezes up trying to load these pages! I have fast Internet and a fast computer, and no other web site kills my computer’s functionality. I am even using Ghostery! (Ghostery is now is reporting to me 135 tracking programs on this page alone!) As much as I love the Blaze and Glenn Beck, I will need to stop visiting the Blaze as my source of information.

The worse thing the parents could do is go to the police and have their daughter become a registered sex offender for the rest of her life! Family comes first and I think they should have taken all of her electronic toys away and placed her in counseling. It seems they were more concerned about the others getting punished that they are willing to sacrifice her daughter. If the daughter initiated the sending of photos, she is the one that needs help, but instead, they want to punish everyone including their daughter!

Why doesn’t this “Southern Hospitality” surprise me? Because I have seen the hate and injustice by many Southerners. Some are good and decent, but not all. I have not lived here 10 years yet and I was so ready to move back to California when I first moved out here… but family comes first.

I think it is sad that the cops can’t solve a case using good old fashioned police work, instead they get their neighbors to rat on them and then hide their identity. Hiding the accuser is a violation of the 6th amendment to the Constitution. So this Former Police Chief believes he is above the law.

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

The Vice Principle frisked him? What happened to calling the police to do their job? I would counter sue with sexual assault from the Vice Principle stating that he fondled him excessively while frisking! This story is absurd! Fire back with more absurd.

We need more Lawyers like this one who will protect his client’s Constitutional Rights instead of the non-rights of the state!

Sheriff Joe needs to be treated as an animal the same way he treats other human beings.

Recently a statistic came out that 1 in 5 Adults in California have been or are in prison. I believe the problem with over-population in prisons and how they are treated boils down to money… from the Politicians to the Police to the Prosecutors and then the Jailers. They keep making more and more trivial things against the law so they can incarcerate more people. As Rush Says… “Follow the Money”.

Everybody makes mistakes and has to do a little time, I don’t care who they are they should be treated with respect as a person regardless of what their crime was. And there are those criminals that belong in the Prison System. But until we have a justice system that can 100% without fail correctly prosecute without errors, the maybe I would support the Death Penalty. Too many corrupt officials out there – and I speak from experience.

I don’t see what the Police Officers are worried About, in California they have been given permission to murder people sleeping at a bus stop without provocation.

Cops get away with Murder… Again!

All of us need to be very afraid now! Police officers everywhere can beat us, kill us, whatever they want, but it has been proven right here today they’ll get away with it.

The Jurors said “These peace officers were doing their jobs. They were operating as they were trained, and they had no malice in their hearts”

There is no way you can tell me that when you beat someone into submission like this that they had no malice in their hearts! And if this is how they were trained, then we are in trouble as a country!

And what was the other part of the shocker? I didn’t get it.

This story was stupid and served no point other that the fact that the children were put out by flying with mom/grandma to make sure she got there.

How can she be evicted? She owns the property outright and her taxes(rent) are paid! Besides, hooking up services, whether you use them our not, generates service bills with taxes. Follow the Money!

Did you not watch the video?

    Resistance is Futile

Thank you Comrade for setting us Straight… or did that come out of the Nazi Handbook?

  • December 14, 2013 at 7:25pm

The story had nothing to do with Sewer Fees! And if you watch the video you can see the house is in good order. No one from the government even bothered to inspect the property. It’s all about the loss of tax revenue by not being able to bill her for government services!

  • December 14, 2013 at 7:20pm

Did you not watch the video and see that she using batteries for energy and see where the rain barrels are set up to collect rain water? One does not have to rely on the Government to live decent. And again, there is nothing in the story that shows what she was doing wad harming her neighbors or property values. The house looked good to me.

  • December 14, 2013 at 7:12pm

Who said there was no working toilets? Did you not see the rain barrels where the rain water from the roof fills them up? It does rain a lot down there in Florida! How hard is it to take a bucket and fill the tank with water to flush? Or are you too lazy to even think of that option?

But then, how do campers do it when hiking in the wilderness? They take supplies for that. Or how did the pioneers do it? Hell, where I live here in Alabama there was an out house outside until we install plumbing a few years ago. We didn’t have city water until 3 years ago!

And it is not the Water Company’s right to force services on us we do not want.
