If you actually look at the irs web site it is very clear that filing income tax is voluntary.
It is their job to make you volunteer.

I have been telling everybody that will listen, take your money out of the bank. All it is, is a pot of money for the govt to figure out a way to steal. they have the legislative power, bank access, and desire to take everything you have.
If you stuff it in your mattress, it may not be worth much in a collapse, but at least you can get it.
They like to make the rules so it is appealing to invest in certain places, then they change the rules just like this.
They get massive amounts funnelled in one direction, change the rules and steal it.
But always know the govt is looking out for you.

that being said, a private business has a right to refuse to to do business with a customer.

In Texas they lied to the voters in order to make the lottery legal. said it would go to education and schools. Bull.
Texas has the highest land taxes of almost anywhere and of course land taxes are almost all school tax. And Texas has some of the most academically crummy public schools in the country. They are filled with wanna be gangsters, hoodlums, and welfare spawn.
And do not forget schools must cater to the lowest common denominator AKA “no child left behind” .

These laws are no doubt prosecuted all the time, and it is not newsworthy.
The only reason that this makes the news is because of a budding activist that wants to make a big deal out of the unfairness of being charged with a crime. Using the f**g community to attempt to make pedophila more acceptable.

Florida law says that what Hunt did constituted lewd and lascvious battery of a child. What part of that is hard for some folks to understand?
Go look at statistics, abused children end up with a lifetime of emotinal problems. If parents cannot protect their children all the time,because they are not in their presence all the time, then at least the law is there to punish abusers.
I hope Hunt gets the full 15 years. She wants to be an example, let her be one.
