“Following last week’s exposure of the 2008 email, GM spokesman Greg Martin was quick to defend the company, telling Reuters, ‘Today’s GM encourages employees to discuss safety issues, which is reinforced through GM’s recently announced Speak Up for Safety Program.’”
But wait — isn’t SAFETY on the “do not use” words list?!
(Anyone else here amazed that SAFETY would BE on the “do not use” words list??)

Ferris Bueller, isn’t it?

I give the grandma points, up to the part where she talks about getting her boy “help” by turning him into the police. Going to the police to get help is like going to the lawn mower to get a haircut.
When all else fails and your kid robs someone at gun point I would hope you would turn them in as well after all they robbed someone at GUN point.

Yup, because the shooter wasn’t a white (hispanic) male, and the criminal wasn’t black.

“If you think impeachment can’t happen, study Ukraine. One day the president is mocking protestors and sending police to kill them. The next day he is abandoning his palace, impeached by Congress, and the military is hugging the citizens in the streets. It all changes quickly.”
Good for the Ukraine! In the United States, Bill Clinton is impeached on 12/20/98, and NOT A *** THING CHANGES — he finishes out his term two years later in 2001 exactly as if nothing had happened.
“For experience has already shown that the impeachment it has provided is not even a scarecrow…”

Seriously, New York is an open sewer, now run by America’s biggest turd sandwich. Socially ultraviolent, politically ultraviolet.

This is impeachment theatre. Conveniently timed, since Holder has only two years left in office anyway. How long do you think it’s going to take to conclude impeachment proceedings? Yeah, about two years sounds right. If it all works, Holder will have to pack up maybe two months early. And all the Republicans will act like they accomplished something truly heroic.

Yeah, like Ron Paul did. Hey, did you see how the Republicans maneuvered, cheated, and violated their own party rules to make sure Ron Paul never got the delegates he’d fairly won, and never even got his speaking privilege at the convention? Yeah, Libertarians should join THAT party, then they’d make real progress. LOL.

“Well, Walmart is technically private property so the owner/manager is within his/her rights to set what restrictions he/she has on being on the property.”
But in this case, the manager is not the owner. He is bound by WalMart corporate policy, which requires him to allow whatever carry is legal in his state. This is a national policy for WalMart.

Hate to say it, but this video looks STAGED. Security cameras don’t move around, but this one is clearly handheld. Watch the video again.

It’s only fair. After all, Deyfon gave the homeowner a warning he’d be coming by to steal all his stuff. What? Oh, he didn’t? Ah, well, then.

I assume the point was that the governor’s published itinerary (intentionally?) erroneously said NASA instead of NSA.

IDIDEAT12: You do not “shoot to wound” and you do not “shoot to kill.” You shoot to stop an attack. When the attack stops, you must stop, too. If you get in front of a judge and say you shot someone to wing them or wound them, you’re going to get asked why you employed a gunshot — LETHAL FORCE — in a situation that you clearly didn’t consider required the use of lethal force. Then you can kiss goodbye to everything you own and several years of your life. You shoot to stop the attack, and if the perp dies because of it, then it sucks to be him.

Don’t forget the homeowner’s dog. Make that ALL the homeowner’s dogs.

Arizona is PROUD of their zero Brady score. We have determined that it is possible, with some work, to achieve a NEGATIVE Brady score. That is our next goal.
Certainly not an Objectivist Libertarian, because altruism is considered inherently evil.

“In 2012 I need Obama that I used to know”…?!
Fool me once — shame on me. Fool me twice — no problem, I’m a registered Democrat.

The perps will be charged only with “attempted robbery?” The gun and the bat aren’t aggravating factors? What about ADW?

Examples one and three are very close, as is the one that says “War is human stupidity.” They have the low closures on the A, R, and P, and the slanted terminators on the C. Other than that, most of the fonts on the rest of the posters don’t resemble each other any more than any two sans serif fonts or any two ’60s-era fonts resemble one another.
