We're never going to clear the first hurdle of recognition of Israel so figuring out where the land should be is pointless.

And who would have thought America would be part of the Axis powers this time?

That wouldn’t even be sporting. I feel so sorry for those that post on HuffPost because they are brainwashed. They continue to repeat the same things over and over, no matter what the topic. Unfortunately, it worries me to have so many uninformed people in this country. We will not be able to hold our republic if the citizens are not informed. Of course that is the point of dumbing down our society.

Is a politician a scientist? Why do they call them ‘Political Scientists’? In the age of Progressivism words have many meanings. The most ridiculous word to describe people that resist change in education and many other jobs is ‘Progressive’.

The hate that we see from the progressives is mostly about politics. They use victimhood as a political tool mostly because they don’t have much else.

Gay people like the guy in the article are concerned about gay legislation. Blacks are concerned about black legislation. Whites are concerned about white legislation. People with big feet are concerned about big feet legislation. The whole point is that a liberarian gov’t wouldn’t legislate any of those things so people wouldn’t be able to oppose all these things. Therefore, limited gov’t as proposed by the founders does end up being the best.

Naturalization Act: “the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens”
Plus: one of Obama’s parents was a citizen.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse. First, Congress cannot act outside the powers of the Constitution, if the Constitution does not give Congress the power then they do not have the power to act. Second, the United States Constitution can only be changed through an Article V. Amendment, Congress cannot simply change it through Statute.
As such, the 1792 Naturalization Act did not change the constitutional definition of who is a natural born citizen, it merely gave us the Statutory definition. The very next Act on the subject removed the term altogether and replaced it with citizen of the United States, as did all Act's that followed.
The definition of a constitutional natural born citizen is the same today as the day the Founders inserted the term into the Constitution.
The United States Constitution requires the President be a natural born citizen or a citizen of the United States at its adoption, 35 years old, and 14 years a resident.
As far as the Constitution is concerned Obama is a citizen of United States, not a natural born citizen and since he was not a citizen of the United States when the Constitution was adopted he is not eligible to be President. Therefore, Obama is not the President, he is merely usurping the presidency.
HenryKnox, You left out the part where the parent is required to live at least 5 years afer reaching adult age in the US. Obamas mother did not

I don’t think people give up their Constitutional rights when they enter a public facility. They have the right to say what they want. I don’t believe we have a Constitutional right to not hear people speak their mind or heart.

I laughed at almost every line of this post. I can’t remember when I was this naive, but I did vote for Jimmy Carter. Have you ever heard of Progressivism. They get their foot in the door and then slowly boil you to death like a frog in a pot. 400 pages will quickly become 400,000.
 March 12, 2015 at 7:26pm
400 pages is nothing. Now that the gov’t has taken the Internet expect these regulations to grow to 400,000 pages quickly.

I don’t know why anyone would let their kids go to public school these days. People don’t understand why we don’t want the gov’t to takeover healthcare and the internet even after they see what they have done to education. You would think they could connect the dots.

These 52 represent the good guys. We need to let them know that we appreciate them. Thanks for standing up for the rule of law.

I don’t see why it couldn’t be built up to the point where it is connected across the international border. I don’t see what the fed would have to say about the states building there own pipelines. Once we have a pro-American President we could just make the international connection and be done.

Once he does though, watch out. When he begins he will be another Stalin and we will see gulags and concentration camps. Progressives start softly and gradually up their game. The beginning is what is called Political Correctness. Oppression ramps up from there.

If Hussein actually felt a responsibility to the American people then he would have undoubtedly signed the bill to provide security assuring energy.

The experiment has gone bad. It is time to eliminate the DHS.
