Don’t discount the fact that under George “Blame” Bush we had a declining unemployment rate until the 2006 mid term elections. About 4.5%. Obama and his super majority constituents in congress did exactly what Pelosi stated they would do. They were going to turn the economy around. That would have been nice if the economy was going downhill. It wasn’t. But after the last two Bush years and only the first year of Obama’s first term they had done exactly as she had stated. Obama and the super majority democratic congress turned the economy around (downhill). True unemployment numbers shot upward so greatly that creative math had to be used just to make it look less crappy (16% based on fact, 9% or so based on Obama math). The lie that Obama inherited Bush’s economy is just that, a lie. He and his fellow Dems took an economy on the upswing in 07 and put it in the toilett. This is his economy, his unemployment legacy, his failed economic/energy/foreign policy/etc. They can crow all they want over a claim of 7.?%. Even if it wasn’t half the true unemployment number it is still dismal. I would gladly go back to the bad ole days under Bush with 4.5 % jobless and gas at about half I pay now. So in my opinion, if Bush and the republicans put the economy in the ditch, it is Obama and the democrats that took away the keys and then launched it off the cliff.

I have had the unfortunate experience of getting to know a number of crackheads very well, if she isn’t one I would be very suprised, She could just be retarded.

The headline asks why DHS was there. Simple, mid term elections are coming up next year. The White House/IRS intimidation scheme has been exposed. There is no time like the present to get the anti republican intimidation and hinderance operations in gear. Acorn’s renamed entity will be back to training people how to make multiple votes and rotate thru the lines in republican dominated voting precincts to discourage local voters thru excessively long lines. Also time to start determining which precincts need the most reprogrammed voting machines to ensure enough republican votes are switched or dropped to ensure a democratic sweep in a republican dominated precinct. Get the buses ready.

Why is it that when I post something on here that is in no way graphic or disgusting and it is yanked immediately? But I post something disgusting and foul and it stays.

Hey Turkey, from reports on his church’s DL CLUB and Larry Sinclair it might be Obama under the desk. I think he still had a little Kucinich on his upper lip when he finished up his obamacare bribery tour on AF one.

Bobbijean. Abortion already is murder. The extent to which the law will allow legal murder for later and later term abortions is yet to be seen. We are not far from seeing a baby lemon law. Just bring it to the abortion clinic within three days if you notice any defects.

It takes a pretty callous racist to project her racism onto these students. She would likely have dreamed up some form of racist interpretation no matter what color swatch the students chose. Her blatantly racist attitude is an example of the kind of thinking that ensures these young people will be encouraged to adopt the same twisted racist inclinations. You push your racist issues at our youth enough and they will learn from you. A foul foul example of wrongheaded thinking from a spokesperson for that community.

I live in rural South Georgia. I just love standing in line to pay for groceries and seeing the person ahead of me pulling out a half dozen or more EBT cards with a list of PIN#s and trying to match the card to the right pin#s. I’m not sure how many EBT accounts an individual can have but I know the cashiers will wait patiently while these folks hold up the line zeroing out the balances on multiple cards. I do know that here and in Tennessee the going rate for a card is fifty cents on the dollar. As that is the standard offer from people trying to sell them to me at various stores. Tell them you want to take their picture to show to the cops and they take off pretty quickly. Then there is the fact that much of what is purchased with these cards is junk food, steaks, seafood, etc. I often hear people remark that it is nobody else’s business what they buy. It’s my tax money so it’s my business. Especially when you see those items stacked on half a cart of wine and beer. Yeah I know they can’t buy alcohol with the card. They just subsidize the alcohol with the money they save using EBT funds which means the tax payer is buying their alcohol. I’m disgusted with the system and the low life gutter slugs that milk it.. The country of origin, the color of their skin, is of no consequence. Being an oxygen thief is equal opportunity for all races and nationalities. The EBT system was created with good intentions but being in need and being on the program are two very different th

Hey meteormites. Your argument falls flat as pimps and ho’s are seen as positive characterizations among modern blacks. As distasteful as that is it is still unfortunately true. However the food stamp character that was suggested, although more accurate in depicting a greater portion of the black community would not well received. It digs too deeply into a truth about modern black demographics that they have not been able to spin into a positive. How do you make a positive about being a drain on public assistance programs. Pimp’in and ho’in are respectable. Depending on the community at large for your well being is socially accepted but it is still politically shunned. After all you don’t want to give Romney’s embarrassing comments credibility. So the other commenter is accurate in stating that the food stamp character would be attacked and you are correct about the pimps and ho’s depicted being acceptable.

Patriot. BLS #s suggest 12 million unemployed and 7.9% overall rate. Closer to 23.5 mil. and 16% when accounting for those no longer receiving benefits after a year, population increase,, and current workforce participation rate. Don’t forget that you are considered marginally or underemployed for a year after your unemployment runs out to boost the employment rate. And once you hit a year off benefits you just disappear from the whole equation. If you find a low paying part time job you get moved into the employed statistic and if you take on an additional job you may be counted twice by BLS.

Texas, some of us here in Georgia can sympathize. We endured the tenure of Cynthia McKinney. She makes Shelia look like a genius. Idiots in this state supported McKinney regardless of the embarrassment she brought. According to her President Bush orchestrated 9/11 and Republicans conspired to kill Tupac. She assaulted a security officer and blamed him for her actions. The list goes on and on. Maybe your eyesore and embarrassment will disgust enough voters to make this her last term. Good luck though because the kind of parasites that would support and reelect her are growing in numbers and they are being trained in greater and greater numbers how to make their votes count multiple times.

RJJ. Stats will contradict your appraisal a bit. Caucasians account for about a third of welfare recipients during peak employment periods. When unemployment rises their welfare recipient rates rise more rapidly than other demographics because they make up about 80% of the population. In the case of our 12% black populace, they account for about 35% to 42% of the welfare roles the former # and the latter # representing high and low unemployment periods respectively. The number of blacks on welfare consistently outnumber whites. The usual assumption is that the larger percentage by demographic will represent the larger impact in an equation but our 12% populace has a tight grip on the lead in too many negative statistical charts to list here. Here is a common one for you if you want to look it up; the percentage of serial killers who are black. Just thought I would chuck that out for sh%ts and giggles.

When you look at what states pay in vs. what they get in return on federal dollars you are only looking at the end of an equation. Don’t forget to factor in large industry within some states that does not exist in others. Don’t forget to factor in the growing numbers of non producers whom the federal government partially subsidizes. Don’t forget about the growing numbers of illegal immigrants whom the federal government only partially subsidizes and then ties the states hands on immigration enforcement. Large cities across the southeastern U.S. are receiving more and more federal funds to support growing populations of non producing and non tax paying persons. Don’t forget to factor in the tax breaks and burdens that some states carry and others are exempted from. In the case of Texas, they would have a tax surplus to the federal government if they stopped receiving funds for just the illegal immigrant populace of the state. Just think of how much money the states could save if they limited the time people could exist entirely on entitlement programs. Or if they required able bodied entitlement takers to perform community service and pass random drug tests.

Here is my take on the obvious pre debate collaboration between Crowley and Obama. It is easy to see where they lied during the debate. During the speech the president referenced prior instances of terror attacks and that they would not be stood for. He only later in that paragraph refers to the attack in Libya and then refers to it a a terrible act. Not a terrorist attack. He spent the next two weeks blaming it on anything other than terrorism. It becomes all too obvious to see that the debate scenario was anticipated, planned for and rehearsed by Obama and his long time associate Crowley prior to the debate. Consider this, of all things for Crowley to have waiting at the ready in front of her at the Presidential debate, why did she have the Rose Garden transcript on cue? To me it is just too much for coincidence. As a final note, if Obama can stand in front of this country and brag that he “got Bin Laden” then he needs to stand and crow just as loudly that he got Chris Stevens. After all he was much more instrumental in the actions that led to the ambassador’s death than he was in tracking down and killing Bin Laden.
