  The headline asks why DHS was there. Simple, mid term elections are coming up next year. The White House/IRS intimidation scheme has been exposed. There is no time like the present to get the anti republican intimidation and hinderance operations in gear. Acorn’s renamed entity will be back to training people how to make multiple votes and rotate thru the lines in republican dominated voting precincts to discourage local voters thru excessively long lines. Also time to start determining which precincts need the most reprogrammed voting machines to ensure enough republican votes are switched or dropped to ensure a democratic sweep in a republican dominated precinct. Get the buses ready.

  Bobbijean. Abortion already is murder. The extent to which the law will allow legal murder for later and later term abortions is yet to be seen. We are not far from seeing a baby lemon law. Just bring it to the abortion clinic within three days if you notice any defects.

  It takes a pretty callous racist to project her racism onto these students. She would likely have dreamed up some form of racist interpretation no matter what color swatch the students chose. Her blatantly racist attitude is an example of the kind of thinking that ensures these young people will be encouraged to adopt the same twisted racist inclinations. You push your racist issues at our youth enough and they will learn from you. A foul foul example of wrongheaded thinking from a spokesperson for that community.

  I live in rural South Georgia. I just love standing in line to pay for groceries and seeing the person ahead of me pulling out a half dozen or more EBT cards with a list of PIN#s and trying to match the card to the right pin#s. I’m not sure how many EBT accounts an individual can have but I know the cashiers will wait patiently while these folks hold up the line zeroing out the balances on multiple cards. I do know that here and in Tennessee the going rate for a card is fifty cents on the dollar. As that is the standard offer from people trying to sell them to me at various stores. Tell them you want to take their picture to show to the cops and they take off pretty quickly. Then there is the fact that much of what is purchased with these cards is junk food, steaks, seafood, etc. I often hear people remark that it is nobody else’s business what they buy. It’s my tax money so it’s my business. Especially when you see those items stacked on half a cart of wine and beer. Yeah I know they can’t buy alcohol with the card. They just subsidize the alcohol with the money they save using EBT funds which means the tax payer is buying their alcohol. I’m disgusted with the system and the low life gutter slugs that milk it.. The country of origin, the color of their skin, is of no consequence. Being an oxygen thief is equal opportunity for all races and nationalities.   Hey meteormites. Your argument falls flat as pimps and ho’s are seen as positive characterizations among modern blacks. As distasteful as that is it is still unfortunately true. However the food stamp character that was suggested, although more accurate in depicting a greater portion of the black community would not well received. It digs too deeply into a truth about modern black demographics that they have not been able to spin into a positive. How do you make a positive about being a drain on public assistance programs. Pimp’in and ho’in are respectable. Depending on the community at large for your well being is socially accepted but it is still politically shunned. After all you don’t want to give Romney’s embarrassing comments credibility. So the other commenter is accurate in stating that the food stamp character would be attacked and you are correct about the pimps and ho’s depicted being acceptable.

  Patriot. BLS #s suggest 12 million unemployed and 7.9% overall rate. Closer to 23.5 mil. and 16% when accounting for those no longer receiving benefits after a year, population increase,, and current workforce participation rate. Don’t forget that you are considered marginally or underemployed for a year after your unemployment runs out to boost the employment rate. And once you hit a year off benefits you just disappear from the whole equation. If you find a low paying part time job you get moved into the employed statistic and if you take on an additional job you may be counted twice by BLS.

  Texas, some of us here in Georgia can sympathize. We endured the tenure of Cynthia McKinney. She makes Shelia look like a genius. Idiots in this state supported McKinney regardless of the embarrassment she brought. According to her President Bush orchestrated 9/11 and Republicans conspired to kill Tupac. She assaulted a security officer and blamed him for her actions. The list goes on and on. Maybe your eyesore and embarrassment will disgust enough voters to make this her last term. Good luck though because the kind of parasites that would support and reelect her are growing in numbers and they are being trained in greater and greater numbers how to make their votes count multiple times.
