    Hebrews 1:1-2 – God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son…

    God has communicated with man over time in dreams, visions, direct revelation, etc. If we are to believe His word, God now speaks to us through His Son.

    Matthew 17:5 – God said…Hear Him (Jesus).

    How do we hear today? Through the Word of God…the Bible. No dreams, visions,direct revelations, etc…

    God is NO RESPECTER of persons, so why would He pick and choose who He appears to give additional comfort, directions, or instruction? God has “given to us ALL THINGS that pertain to LIFE and GODLINESS, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue” (2 Peter 1:3), and Jude 3 tells us “to contend earnestly for the faith which was delivered ONCE for all.”

    We have everything that we need in the Bible.

    Yes, God speaks to us today, but only through His Word!

    Humanism has been taught in our schools since at least the 60′s to get us to this point where situational ethics has taken the absolute truth out of our society. Go read the Humanist Manifesto II and you will have no doubt as to what the plan was.
