Leuty you stated it perfectly. I might only add that the person refusing the gay couple based on their religious beliefs, is only refusing to participate in the ceremony. If they refused to sell some gay person walking into the shop a pastry or donut that would be discrimination.

Moderate: I hate to admit it but you are right, the two cases don’t compare since one is openly advocating hate, poor attempt at turning the tables. However, political theater is being played on both sides here. There are pro-gay activists everywhere picking the perfect target , usually in a left-leaning area, then using the liberal media and courts to further their agenda by ruling in their favor, garnering support while at the same time chipping away at religious freedom. This tactic has been playing out all over the country in various cases with great success. Do you think that reporter who went to that pizza shop in Indiana picked that particular place at random? No, it was the perfect setup to portray someone who was simply taking a stand based on her religious beliefs to be labeled as a “hater” . Why couldn’t that gay couple gone somewhere else for their cake?
Surely their must have been other bakeries willing to make a cake for them. The reason is simple- it’s not about the cake, it’s all about their agenda: forcing their views and morals on everyone regardless of their beliefs.

You are one sick, sick, sick puppy! I hope your kids intermix with some filth so you can enjoy the true fruits of your leftist philosophy.

Good points, but perhaps Deblasio, being the good prog he is, is playing into his party’s plans for a national police force

Seems to me there have been Hollywood actresses since the beginning of the film industry, so what “paving” actually happened? Not sure if the pay was equal back then(1920′s) but I’m sure they were payed well.

eric2waters, look up Photon in the App Store. It seems to work better with the Blaze than Safari on my IPad. Still a little slow loading pages but you don’t get that annoying second page popping up

Nope, Kerry’s “concern” lasted about 3 milliseconds, until wifey notified him the Gulfstream was ready for take-off to the Mediterranean

Nothin like stepping in big wet puddle of dog dribble first thing in the morning lol, but I love them all the same :))
Judeo, he sounds like a S.D.A. drone, the way he talks. I had a friend yrs back who went to that church and spoke similarly about the Pope. He later admitted that his church ok’d lying in order to bring people into that church. They also use numerology in a confusing and distorting manner against our Church

Lest, Catholic Church stories really are click-generators here since there are so many anti-Catholics on this site and the Blaze staff know it
You might want to not confuse those - and there are indeed some out there / posting here who are indeed anti-Catholics - with those who simply seek to 'challenge' the beliefs of (supposed) Catholics / Christians.
I want to know WHY someone holds the (faith) beliefs they do - and I may (seemingly) ask challenging questions of such folks but... In no way am I "anti-Catholics".
My parents were strong, wonderful Catholics. Most all of my siblings from a very large family remain Catholic (in their minds). My wife and I sent our son to a Catholic grade school. Our family attends numerous Catholic-sponsored/related events each year. I personally and intimately know a great many VERY WONDERFUL Catholic people.
My challenges to WHY Catholics (and any other of god / religious belief) hold the faith beliefs they do should in no way be construed as being "anti-Catholic".
Do you think everything every Catholic and the Catholic church does / has done is 'good'? Are you being "anti-Catholic" when you accept the fact that they have not always been 'good' - and 'challenge' such?
Just how many is "so many"
If say... 5% of all who post here are REALLY anti-Catholic... Is that "so many"?
I would say that is but a tiny fraction.
But I wouldn't even want to really guess who is TRULY anti-Catholic and posting here.
Pelosi is proud of her lil foot washer Zipper.
Not anti-catholic, but rather pro-God.

As someone who was also raised Carholic, here are some facts for you;
When the Catholic Church was founded, there were no hospitals. Today, one out of five people in this country receive their medical care at a Catholic hospital.
When the Catholic Church was founded, there were no schools. Today, the Catholic Church teaches 3 million students a day, in its more than 250 Catholic Colleges and Universities, in its more than 1200 Catholic High Schools and its more than 5000 Catholic grade schools.
Every day, the Catholic Church feeds, clothes, shelters and educates more people than any other organization in the world!! How many other churches can make a similar claim?
Please - look at the links I provided in my comments - and read about the other side of the "pope" and the catholic "church". If you read the Holy Bible - especially Daniel, Ezekiel and Revelation, you will read all of the hints that God gives us in order to identify the end time anti-christ. And while the "pope" and the catholic "church" may have good deeds under their belt, we shouldn't forget that the anti-christ isn't going to tip his hand by showing up doing evil things - he will come dressed as an angel of light - doing good deeds. That is so he (satan) can fool as many of us as he can.
Also - venture onto some of the anti-catholic websites - I' not talking about websites who bash or trash - I'm talking about websites/people who are genuinely trying to open up the eyes of all people who have been deceived by this "entity" that sits on seven hills. - - Yes, the Bible tells us that the end time anti-christ will come from the 'city that sits on seven hills" - dresses in purple and scarlet, owns diamonds and pearls, expensive linens, etc.
Not saying they don't do good things. They do. Catholic charities are the best in the world. However, the organization in their opulence is grotesque. Also...the popularity of this pope among non-Catholics should be AN ENORMOUS indication that the church is moving in the WRONG direction.
Revelation 117 And when they have finished their testimony, the beast that ascends from the bottomless pit will make war upon them and conquer them and kill them, 8 and their dead bodies will lie in the street of the GREAT CITY which is allegorically called Sodom and Egypt, where their Lord was crucified.
I didn't realize that Jesus was crucified in Rome!
You cited a passage regarding the "beast" - -which isn't the end time antichrist.
And you are then correct - Christ wasn't crucified in Rome.
@ Via Dolorosa Perhaps you need to go back and read Matthew 16:18. On a different note "‘city that sits on seven hills” – dresses in purple and scarlet, owns diamonds and pearls, expensive linens, etc." saudi arabia? qatar? Read Revelation
Chapter 13 in context of the United Nations.
Saying the antichrist will come out of Rome/city that sits on seven hills - doesn't mean that the end time event will take place in Rome. The "popeman" comes out of Rome, the city that most people associate with Rome. He will, I believe, come "out of Rome" and then set up shop in the Temple Mount.
via – What other person or denomination fits that description, answer none, the Scripture where +JESUS+GOD+ turns away the people on +HIS+ left side & they recant all of the good ‘deeds’, ‘they’ have done & +HE+ tells them +HE+ never knew them, in my knowledge of Catholics they are hubris, arrogant & greedy, they seem to be ‘I’m first/I’m the best’ or attempting to put some ‘guilt coat/judgmental/look down on others’ unless they deem you worthy of their help ‘below them’, or if they feel challenged ‘sports, academia’, they perceive you as their enemy on someone not all of them of course what 1%, as for their worthless hospitals unless your Catholic they will judge you in my view they are rotten to the core, ignoring pedophile priests sending them around to other parishes after they have discovered what they have done, the Vatican sleeps with the world, ‘One World Religion’, exactly what was forewarned in The Bible, the +High Priest is +JESUS+ & +HE+ is the only way to +GOD+, +JESUS+ , said +HE+ left the +HOLY SPIRIT+ with us that is not a man who runs a denomination, believers are saved by ‘Grace’ & the +HOLY SPIRIT+ is our guide not bowing & admiring some man whether it be a pope, minister, pastor or any other human that is idolizing, it is not about the person recanting The Bible it is about the message The Bible brings about +JESUS+ who is +GOD+ in the flesh, also all 3 the +JESUS+, +GOD+ & the +HOLY SPIRIT+ , are in The Bible.
They do have a "God" complex - and that's alot of the problem. They are not God, they are not Christ on earth, they cannot forgive our sins, they cannot "deem" anyone a saint, they did not "give us our Bible", etc.
They do, however, need our heartfelt prayers as they are clearly being misled by satan and his minions.
That they've done a lot of good there is no doubt, but the most educated countries are the ones which were historically Protestant.

Oh, I see, it’s Obamas “Transparency” thing again……LOL
I agree, he looks too white. Everyone knows it was Barry who took down Osama...or maybe he just went down on him.
O'Neill, O'Bama, O'sama... it is easy to get confused. They're all Irish.
Everyone knows its was Obama who trained all the Special Forces from all the branches of the Military . pffft.
Bin Laden died in October of 2001. The raid was a hoax and the alleged body disposed of under suspicious circumstances. If this was a real raid you would not ever know about it. No exceptions! This was a fictitious political touchdown designed to illicit a prescribed response from the galactically vulnerable.
Check Benazir Bhutto's last interview prior to being assassinated
Yep, Ol’ blabbah mouth Obama can stand up and point out who did what as his surragate, but when the Man finally stands up and calls BS on him, they send the attack dogs.
Hey Barry. Let’s see you take your sorry big-mouth face to face with this fine specimen of an American Elite Seal. I’m sure if you’re willing to put down your Commander in Chief scepter for a few minutes, he’s willing to take of his uniform. I’m pretty sure you could send in three of your surrogates first and he’d be willing to take a crack at them.
You are such a loser President, such a loser. You never recognized what the greatness of this nation was despite its stupid willingness to give even a loser like you a run at the Presidency. I have no sympathy for whatever becomes of you in the end….and this Seal doesn’t need anybody’s sympathy. He could tell you where to find it in the dictionary….
Lucky guy, all I got to do was peel Onions.
How come this guy survived but so many of his buddies died in that mysterious helicopter incident in Afgan? Did he leave the military while his buddies stayed in? Does anyone know?
Appreciate everything this man did. Still... wish these guys would stay in the shadows, not out of any fear but as a matter of professionalism and principle. Seems like every wannabe non-star and career politician seeks to hog the spotlight and proclaim their own greatness these days. Why follow that path? I prefer heroes who aren't smiling for the cameras and talking about it. Legends don't need a movie deal to validate their deeds.
the reason he said he wanted to "come out" was because he felt like he should get,.....MORE! He didn't give the 20 year obligation, but has now decided, the Navy should change for him. In a community built on anonymity, and secrecy, there's a lot of selfies making their way into the limelight. So, you were keeping quite, you got out, then you decided you wanted something, that you signed away without negotiating.
I have no respect for this guy. He has placed everyone on his team at risk. It's about honor... Not being a celebrity.
Yes I am proud he did what had to be done (remember I survived the Pentagon attack on 9/11). But he has endangered far too many innocent lives. And once they trace his whereabouts down. So will they trace who was on his team. Its service before self brother. And you just chose self! ):
Clearly this SEAL, O’Neil person, assuming he's even a SEAL to begin with, is a lying fraud. Our Fearful Comrade Obama is the only one who killed OBL and anyone who says differently must be immediately sent to a re-education camp. [sarcasm off--I'm making myself physically ill just typing this crapola] )))))
Obama killed the economy
Pretty sure it was crazy joe Biden who spilled the beans on who did the raid on the Binladen compound. This guy has a target on his back because of this administrations desire to put a target on it. Too many of seal team six has already been murdered by this administration. He is probably safer coming out in the public eye.
I have real mixed feeling on this one. This guy has had to this point a heroic and excellent Career. These guys are the Type As of the type A personalities. Macho to the max. The only thing here is I hate to see his name put out there. Anyone who has ever served in the sandbox has some risk of being singled out for action by the islamists. He will be number one or two on the list. I would hate to seem him hurt by these scum. The other side of the coin is I hate to see him not be able to capitalize on some of his great accomplishment in defense of his country and us on a more personal lever. Kudos to him I hope they never get to hurt him in any way. Love to have a beer and tell some war stories with Him.. Heck some would even be true.. Difference between a war story and a fairy tail is, the fairy tail starts out once upon a time, a war story starts out Now This is no S----. Hope He stays safe, in a dangerous occupation.
And once again, a Gael saves the West.
But we don't get inflated heads. We're modest like that.
Queue this man up for a beer.
Good on ya mate. Hopefully you will go down as one of America's greatest patriots along with George Washington, Sam Adams and Chris Kyle...
This is what a hero looks like..hope this American Hero sleeps like a baby at night.
I want to say something here but I’ve had to balance some things out in my mind and I’ve decided to leave well enough alone.
Idiom: Discretion is the better part of valor.
The word "alleged" is conspicuously missing from this article. If you have a crime caught on camera the word "alleged" is ALWAYS used. They dispose of the body, there is no evidence and it is treated as fact. I don't believe anything our government says any more.
Bravo Zulu for the head shot Sailor. Shame on you for talking. Here's the thing....
Honor, Courage and Commitment applies to SEALS as well as Deck Hands. My sincerest hope is that you will be fully prosecuted.
Not so much because I care about you going to jail or not, but because prosecuting you is the only way to honor the thousands of upon thousands of heroic yet anonymous Sailors that came before you.
Know this, many men and women who would've been proud to call you shipmate, will no longer.
I don't know why, but that picture of him on the beach in Liberia (top of article) is just...fearless. And cool.
I think he may have put himself and his family in danger, but then again, he's as tough as they come. So don't mess with him.

Great idea Monk. Would make them squirm a bit to say the least, put them in a difficult situation. I would love to see the response she gets!
