  What is an assault weapon? What is the definition of a assault weapon?
  If I am sick person and I grab a fully loaded 357 magnum and 5 speed loaders and go into a shop rite and and shoot 36 people, would that make the the revolver a assault weapon. I am taking the supermarket by assault after all. Just asking. By the same token if I barracked myself and start shooting with a bolt action rifle and kill 25 people in the democrat party convention. Does that make a Remington 700 an assault weapon. It is the intent that with which people use weapons not the weapon it self. To use the cliche ” guns don’t kill people , people kill people” yo solamente digo…….. Just a little Spanish lingo to make it interesting…….

  In the peacetime Marine Corps, you would’ve been somewhat correct. Right now the Corps is going thru downsizing. That usually means reduction by attrition and due to MOS density promotions can stagnate. I was in during the downsizing after Desert Shield / Desert storm. Before the war if you came in a contract Pfc in a low density MOS you could make Cpl in 18- 24 months, high density MOS ( like 03′s, Motor T, Comm) 24-30 months. After the war ended there were good Marines that got out as Lcpl . The Corps went from197k Marines to 174 in 4 years. You cannot stop recruiting , so the cuts came from the junior Marine Officers ( 1st Lt’s and Capt) and nonrates and CPLs and the junior SNCOs ( Ssgt and Gysgt ) unfortunately 4 years down the road it created a boom in promotions. Before the war avg TIS (time in service from Sgt to Ssgt was 10.5 years. In 2000 the avg TIS was 6 years and I knew people that were selected for Ssgt at 5. Now that we are transitioning from wartime manpower to peacetime we will see the same thing again. Now the fact that the Cpl may have gotten an NJP at one time does not make any less right when it comes to the content ,intent and language of his letter. It only means that he made a mistake, was disciplined, saw the errors of his ways and was born again, Hard. The way things are now in the Zero defect DoD. People Office hours for any stupid little thing, like ******* on your dead enemy. Semper Fidelis and God Save the (r)epublic.

As a Marine that has been in the in the service for 24 years, I know you have not. If you had you would not dare to bismirch a fellow comrade in arms by calling him a coward. I am a Soldier with 24 yrs in service and I don’t give a rat’s behind if my Michael . F . Moore supports me or not . He should be thankful that we support him.   So what if hispanics voted overwhelmingly for Obumbler? That doesn’t mean that Hispanics like blacks. All that means is that most of the hispanics that voted, drank the same kool aid as the other welfare kings and queens have. Crack as ……………. Oh you are so quick-witted . You mean to say ******* as in the racial insult . See what a third grade education will get you, by the way Hispanics don’t hate black people. We hate lazy people. Black, White,Latino, Asian . It’s not about skin color it is about work ethics and values. It just so happens that the largest unemployment numbers by population in the US is in the black community. Some people work their butts off ( while being illegally in the US) and pay sales taxes on everything they buy. That money is used by the state to support a bunch of lazy people. I am not supporting illegal immigration. I am 100 percent against it. If you want to be here do it legally. What I am expressing is some of the origins of the bad blood between Brown and Black comes from. Hispanics legal or illegal feel that we are slaves to the lazy black people we pay taxes ( the ones that do) as we are supposed to in order to feed the lazy. There a lot more to this but this is one of the reasons why there is bad blood between Brown and Black , my brotha. Can I write it like that or is that racist?

  I’m asking a dumb question . Why does everybody assume this woman is hot? The reason why shy was fired was for being irresistibly attractive ” to her boss” . It could be her mannerisms or her speech patterns. whatever it was let us not forget that like it or not this is HIS business he can fire and hire who he want, we might not like but it is what it is.
