  • What about bicycles? Hundreds of kids die from bicycle accidents, and hundreds of thousands injured, so why not the same reaction?

Maybe it’s because tyrants don’t fear bikes being used against them.

  • Secretariat happens to be Orb’s great-great-grandsire.
BTW, Seattle Slew was his great-grandsire.
He’s also descended of Ruffian’s sister, and there’s something really special there too.

  • Yes, and Citigroup, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America along with them. They’re all “too big to fail” as well as too politically-connected. Fascists! …and their National Socialist friends.
They’re doing what their political “partners” want done
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil…

  • 1) I’d love to know how many of these “anti-imperialism” “students” pay their own freight.
    2) How many are professional students, who don’t want to work–and whose parents indulge their sloth.
    3) I’d also love to know if we will ever get the full story despite the filters and distorters of our slave-masters in “The Press.”

  • This reminds me of the lies that started Ruby Ridge–resulting in murders by Feds. (…for which they were never held accountable.)

  • THIS is the long-term important point. To stop people getting maimed and killed by police doing 100 in a 35, and the like, there must be consequences and reform. That won’t happen unless this story is pushed and pushed–along with additional investigative reporting. What other states have this problem, by the way?

  • Yes, it’s surprising that is considered “good news” in this article. The recommendation to study agriculture sounds wonderful but they’ll get out and not be able to afford to get into farming.

The insanity of our crumbling economy with rising costs is symptomatic of the government skewing the economy with borrowed money. The free market is being poisoned.

‘Haven’t seen the commercial but I love the farmers. I tell my kids that farming is the most Godly profession. Everybody else depends on them. Their work is tied directly to life and the soil. It takes the most well-rounded individuals to run farms.

  • The marxist agenda includes a long view on corrupting and destroying our society by tunneling their way into control of all sorts of institutions sub rosa. The twisted, self-serving, money-grubbing GOVERNMENT of the Boy Scouts, including the likes of Randall Stephenson and James Turley, has slowly been corrupted into a plaything of the amoral marxists who have apparently reached their point in control where they think that they can finish off the Boy Scouts. (NOTE that this idea of “federalism,” in which separate troops have “choice” to be morally straight or not, is actually a DIVIDE AND CONQUER approach for total destruction of the CHARACTER of the Boy Scouts.) Scouts need to fight this from the grass roots. Saying, “We’ve lost, and some people will have to start their own group” is NOT the way. Not only is it quitting, but it is giving all of the assets of Scouting to the infiltrators. Let the amoral people start their own group, not the other way around.
The parents and kids need to retake their organization, to get rid of Turley and Stephenson and then move on to fix the disgusting amounts of money taken from the Troops for Council and National waste (or worse). An army of Scouts should be able to do that. They just need leadership.

  • The government project managers should go to jail and lose their pensions.

CSC couldn’t keep this scam going without the sign-off of many, many people on the government side. Sure they did useless work, but the government people with their fat salaries, fat pensions, government-paid degrees, training, and certifications, are the ones who approved the statements of work, the specifications, and the incremental invoices over all those years. Start putting the guvvies in jail, and stripping them of their pensions (that so many are just sitting around to collect) and things will change. All the laws, regulations, and policies to prevent government waste currently only assure longer, more-expensive, and more wasteful processes (requiring more government drones to push more paper that ends up serving as “proof” that the monster process was done correctly–as CYA).

  • CNN will ask others to stick their necks out but when it’s tough for them they side with the bad guys rather than take risks in reporting the truth. Remember when Eason Jordan fessed up to having served as mouthpiece for Saddam Hussein in order to keep in business in Iraq?
