HPC--it's not that easy! As I said above, we couldn't even get Obama impeached with all the unconstitutional things he's done.
I certainly hope that any of you who are planning on voting for Trump, thinking that impeaching him if he does something you don't like, will keep this in mind: EASIER SAID THAN DONE, when it comes to impeaching a president. Especially one such as Trump. He won't go quietly!
You are joking. People like Ryan and the other RINOs impeaching a Democrat in sheep's clothing? Yeah, right, sure.

SHE resisted and he tried very hard to subdue her without hurting her. SHE PROVED HIS POINT.
Does not look good for the cop, but there is much we do not know with just this article. The caretaker followed my advice when confronted by the police which was to follow the lying mantra of blackliesmatter: hands up, don’t shoot! Hope the officer did not act as recklessly as it initially appears he did. Keep an open mind at this point. If the cop acted improperly, he will be prosecuted and North Miami will get a new multi millionaire!
I agree, but it would be very difficult to prove he didn't "think" he saw a gun.
And? Man with a gun? You mean, a man exercising his constitutional right to bear arms??? There should have been no 911 call.
Will never happen if the call were anonymous. Some people have nothing better to do than to make B.S. calls to 911 and block their number before making the call. It is standard policy for the dispatcher to dispatch the call no matter how ridiculous a complaint may be. The officer must make the final judgement as to whether or not to respond to the call. Example: If a call comes in to 911 that there are 3 black men standing in a McDonald's parking lot talking, the dispatcher still has to relay the call to the sector officer. The officer can either respond, or tell the dispatcher that there is no violation of law and to close out the complaint. Having worn the badge for many years, I can tell you that these officers are on high alert. But being cautious and being reckless are two different things. Once the man was on the ground, simply cuff him for his safety and yours. Cuffing does not always constitute arrest, it can be used as containment until you know what is going on. Verify the caretaker's story, uncuff the man and explain to him that the world is devolving into chaos and that you have to take such matters serious. Offer the caretaker and the patient a ride back to the facility, and hopefully everybody is happy...or at least alive.

Hey I drive a Subaru (my second) and it is one of the best cars I have ever owned. I am a Trump supporter (or more to the point a Hillary hater). Back when I was a contractor, I did turn down a few jobs when some A$$ started spouting liberal nonsense. Back when it was JFK vs Nixon it was a slight political difference. Now we are talking about actual full blown Stalin type marxists (Bernie – Hillary) vs liberals (Jeb, Ryan etc) vs conservatives (Carson Cruze) vs an unknown who’s best quality is he is NOT Hillary or Bernie and he can win. Back in the nineties I would have turned you down for a Clinton sign in your yard.

Well these days I’m not so sure I want to sit next to targets. I have no problems with the cops themselves.
