  I wonder if Holder knows that Walmart has a company policy requiring a photo ID to receive a refund from a returned purchase? I wonder if Holder knows that all commercial airlines require a photo ID to board a plane. Holder is a racist thug, pandering to the vote of all Hispanics with no knowledge that Hispanics come from many nations, cultures, and traditions.
