“making blanket statements about immigrants not being inoculated is naive.”
Isn’t it rather naive to assert immigrants from south and Central Americas “being inoculated” (or to be more precise, being vaccinated).

Patty, your last sentence provoked this thought: Wasn’t it Clinton who asked what “IS IS”? Funny coincidence. (apologies for being off topic).

Precisely … the party that ignores history. The party that refuses to acknowledge that Totalitarian rule is murderous and fatal to a society. Oh … and the party that refuses to believe Socialism necessitates totalitarian rule. (Ideas so good they must be enforced at gun-point)

Or … when did the climate “scientists” stop falsifying data?

“Theory of Evolution”. Explain how species originate?
Yes there is a wealth of knowledge about genetics and genetic material. Explain to me how genetic material and the algebra of its combinations disproves the existence of a creator.

@ltkije Not one model that works for the last decade … that’s bad “sciency”.
If you like your internet service, you can keep your internet service, period.

Internet was not developed by DoD. It was conceived and first implemented by scientists who wanted to share information (not exactly the DoD’s wheelhouse). The first backbone was at CERN. Physicists were using it long before “www” and graphic content.

Especially since the the content of the Daniel Defense Ad. concerns a constitutionally protected “right” (2A) and the case above is some kind of privilege inferred by an activist court .
What actual “rights” concern someone else’s obligation to fulfill them?

Sounds like sour-under-inflated-grapes to me.
If you know how to throw a football in anger, you would understand the issue.
Did you ever try to get a tire or ball pressure exactly right? If it is too high you leave some out…but sometimes you let too much out so you have to pump it back up again. Are these people arguing that 12 times in a row they got it EXACTLY down two psi each time they tried? Did they take a pump too the side lines to get it back up if they pulled the needle out too late and drained too much out? This whole thing is nonsense !!
Take an under inflated ball an d slowly inflate it to where it just hits the desired psi, and leave it at or above room temp, say 74 for 24 hrs. Set it outside your front door at 34 degrees, then check the psi 1 hour later!!!
Oh, there is no doubt there is something amiss, they have a one pound range of air pressure to get the ball filled correctly (and acceptably) to NFL rules(12 1/2 to 13 1/2 psi). There is also not much doubt that even if the balls had been properly inflated, the Pats would still have won. There was just too much of a disparity in the score to say that "cheating" (with under inflated balls) was the deciding factor. I have no doubt they DID cheat, but even if they hadn't, they would have won anyway. In this day and age its not that difficult to pump a ball within a one pound range, despite what the naysayers say. Hope the Pats face some "punishment" for their actions. This isn't the first time for Belichick to be caught trying to get an "edge" with questionable tactics.
