For a laugh I went to the Media Matters “debunking” article just to see what their reasoning was. Don’t waste your time, I can sum it up in 3 words: “It’s Bush’s fault”

Pretty sure the USCCB takes a very different stance on this one Nancy…

Amazing how stories like this come out the day after Obama proclaims his support for same sex marriage. No way the two were coordinated though. Has to be coincidence I’m sure…

Actually @JZS, you’re way off base. His plan would increase tax revenue, not decrease it. Right now, our corporate tax rate is technically the highest in the world, but through tax deductions, credits, and other “loopholes”, most companies end up paying a much lower effective rate. Ryan’s budget calls for reducing the corporate tax rate to 25% while also closing those so called “loopholes”. So the effective rate will actually be the stated rate. And by having a more competitive corporate tax rate, you incentivize business to do business here rather than overseas, which increases the overall taxable pool. What’s bigger, 35% of $100 or 25% of $1,000? It’s called the Laffer Curve….look it up.

Anyone else notice the irony of his name having “SS” in it?

I just want to know why the pilot can use his phone but everyone in the cabin has to turn theirs off until we’re back on the ground. Is this an Australia thing?

“Some are blaming these alleged incidents on The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints”

Any coincidence that Mitt Romney’s church is being blamed for harassing the Left’s voter base?

“Vice President West” has a nice ring to it…

What drives me insane is that they didn’t just straight up deny them. They went out of their way to find another dealer that would honor the price, essentially saying “sorry, you’ll still get your t-shirts, they just won’t be from us”. Why is that not good enough? They aren’t satisfied until everyone they disagrees with is tormented. Get over yourselves.

“We’re going to create jobs for waiters and waitresses and bus boys and janitors and maintenance workers and parking lot attendants, you know, the kind of jobs that people need,” said Bob Itzkow, the club’s owner.

Really? Parking lot attendant at a strip club is the kind of job people need?

Ok, well taking that same logic, I’d like to see her apply the idea of “LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” and apply that to the abortion coverage the libs keep touting.

I guess one of the positive take aways from this, is from their website, they have a full time undergraduate population of 5,358 and only 30 found this worthy of showing up for.

The government controlling student loans is just another power grab. Students fall under mountains of debt to get a useless degree and re-elect the politicians that float out the idea of forgiving student loan debts.

Very simple, it’s a power grab.

The part of this article that really scares me is “require upgrades for critical infrastructure overseen by the Department of Homeland Security”. Has the DHS gotten anything right yet? And we’re supposed to trust them with cyber security?

Sooooo, let me get this straight. He insults the republican party. He insults Fox News. Then he goes on a rant about using a better filter (especially those pesky republican talking heads!!!) and words he found in a word a day calendar…and I’m supposed to believe he actually means it when he says he’s “sorry” but Rush didn’t? The media is the real insult here. Do your job and focus on the real issue of religious freedom.

So let me get this straight. They want everyone to have a government issued ID card to use the internet, but asking for an ID to vote is racist? Seems like sound logic…
