  In my world if you commit to a contract and fail to perform or complete according to terms (and it’s not MY fault – excess changes,redesign, etc.) The money FRACKIN’ STOPS, someone else gets a shot and your out on your arse(you might even get a beat down first)…..shytehead govt. extends, increases and dumps as much money as possible down the shyte hole for as long as possible.
