I am in the same boat as some of these guys. My back is all messed up from Iraq and it precludes me from doing the rigorous exercise needed to keep my weight down. I diet like crazy and eventually it stops working and I plateu about 10 pounds over my weight limit. I can’t tape at 10 pounds over. Heck I can’t tape at 2 pounds over.
The system has serious flaws and needs to be changed. If you saw me you would see that I am not fat. I may not be the most fit guy in the world but I’m not chunky. I’ve seen way fatter guys go in and tape and pass because they have 20 inch necks. It’s absurd.
Japan is part of the Group of eight and that is mentioned. ; )

She also tweated later on that she wasn’t endorsing semi-automatic weapons but that tweet is not mentioned in this article. This woman is no friend of the 2nd Amendment even if her “practice gun safety” message is spot on.
The McCartyites in Hollywird would never allow a Pro 2nd amendment actress. This is as close as it gets folks... Her career is in Jeopardy now, imagine a pro gun rights tweet...

I guess she won’t be going to Mexico, assuming she get out, anytime soon. What a horrible situation. No way this woman is the one that was smuggling the drugs. This has cartel written all over it.

I hate Liberal elitists as much as anyone but this is not one of those times.
He may well be a Liberal elitist but he comment is being taken out of context. I don’t care for the show but my wife loves it.
The host always says, “America has voted, (insert name) you are the winner” or something to that effect. Adam was reacting to the fact that America voted off two of his contestants, nothing more. It may have not been the best choice of words but he didn’t mean that he hates America like Obama does.
From what I know of him, he is a huge left-wing Liberal. He's voted democrat his whole life and doesn't believe in God. He thinks people that believe in the bible are insane and stupid. He could actually be another Harry Reid or that weird guy Weiner from NY that was forced to quit. They all have the same ideology. If he were a politician, he'd more than likely have the same traits as obama. and we know that obama hates the country and wants to transform it into a socialist/communist country. Levine also has an antithesis towards the typical Christian gentile, esp European ancestry.
@Idaho, yes exactly. He lost two of his people in the last 30 seconds of the show after the suspense had built up. I assume he is a leftist, but I don't know his politics. That being said, in context, this was just a reaction to an unfavorable vote.
DAVUF: in context, he didn't like how America voted which is why he said what he did. It had nothing to do with "the moment" and everything to do with who he is and how he feels about most of middle Americans that are typically the ones voting...

It is nice to see The Blaze do a piece on the booming private space industry. In the next decade you are going to see private companies, even if they have some government help, going to the ISS (like Space X is now), going to the moon and going to Mars.
Government space agencies have bogged us down for nearly 4 decades with no progress in human space travel. To me space is one of the best places where mankind can still explore and learn how completely wrong we are about so many things. Space travel will accelerate our technological advances and bring even more kids into the realm of science.
I agree. Commercializing Space Faring was the next logical step since NASA did all the pioneering for where we are today.
[BTW - Thanks Felix B. & Redbull for better spacesuit tech!]
We need to learn how to get their cheaper. Maybe inertial drives instead of chemical propulsion. The Space Elevator would be the next step after that I would think?
Next Commercialists, if they want their clients to come back safely from a long journey, say a space cruise to Titan [ just dreaming here ] shielding tech, physical or electromagnetic of all kinds, will have to be developed if they want their ships to be "reusable". Simulated gravity will have to be developed in tandem w/ shield tech.
To make it even cheaper Commercialists need to start thinking about fabricating parts/ships/projects in orbit from mining & refining asteroids for orbital/la grange/ lunar construction projects, even vital research in all the sciences.
Once out there, firmly, theoretical propulsion systems will have to be studied/tested to gain more efficiency in their travels.
Now that the door to space can be opened at a lower, competitive cost, w/o sacrificing safety, Commercialists can now push the envelope out even farther - I'm very excited for all the visionaries that are stepping up to the challenges of Space.
Congratulations Sir Richard Branson - the entrepreneurial spirit soars with you. All the best from this dreamer! Keep looking Up though!!

Where does she come up with this stuff? Assault weapons are like child pornography? That’s almost as bad as her saying that “these weapons were designed to shoot at the hip, if possible.” This is what living in California will do to you.
What do expect? Last week she said it's "legal to hunt humans with 15-round, 30-round, even 150-round magazines."
Please don't blame this native Californian. I didn't vote for her (ever) or her ilk. Can't wait to move out of this madness when my wife retires. California is GONE.
She is a perfect example of why we need term limits for Congress and the Senate. They get rich and all of a sudden they are smarter than everyone and think they can do whatever they want to We the People.
They all need to go if they have over 8 yrs....12 maximum. NO pension, just SSI and no free medical but Obamacare only for these idiots.
I meant "What do you expect?" Sorry, I was a classmate of Dianne's in the 6th grade.
I loved the "imploding bullets". You just cannot make this up. THANKS CALIFORNIA!!! I am going to hunt humans with my so called assault weapon and my 400 round magazine full of imploding bullets!!! WAH! Your time has come DIFI, resign quietly.
Respectfully, there will NEVER be term limits in office. They will NNNNEEEEVVVVEEEERRRR vote affirmatively for a law that keeps them from raping us and enriching themselves. You might as well forget it my friend. It will not happen. There is only one way to get back our country. And you know what it is. There will be no easy road to travel patriot. You might as well acquiesce to that fact and move on.

I’m about done with The Blaze. I am so sick and tired of misleading headlines coming out of this place. Glenn needs to put a stop to it. Half the headlines now are misleading. Do they really feel it is necessary to try and “hook” us into every article? What happened to just reporting and letting us decide if we want to read it or not. Good grief.
I find the headlines rather entertaining. Most of the articles get read by me, or at least scanned on the article page, much like an old style physical newspaper.
I agree that the misleading hook headlines annoy me, but definitely not to the point of walking away from The Blaze.
ok then bye, please let the door hit you on your rear on the way out.
I agree. They do it ALL the time.
He didn't get fired for wrestling a shark and saving people's lives.
He got fired for appearing to be a liar. Taking sick leave when he wasn't sick.
No one is forcing you to read TheBlaze. Unless you have a dial up connection it only takes a second to check out an article and see if it interests you. Quit complaining.
Here's a thought: Perhaps, if his doctor had written a note telling him to take a vacation, and he went to the charity PRIOR to going on vacation, and showed them what the doctor said, and informed them of his plans, then maybe, just maybe, this would have been a non-issue. If he had told the charity, and they agreed with the doctor's order and told him to do as his doctor suggested, then he likely would not have been accused of "milking the system". But then anyone can say that hindsight is 20/20. The atricle didn't say his wife was out on workers' comp as well, so why did she get fired too? My speculation is perhaps she did not request vacation time beforehand. But I don't really know.

The next POTUS right there folks. If the GOP has any inkling of a brain left they will embrace Sen. Paul and champion his as the champion of liberty, which he is.
Republicans will stay far away from Paul like they do with any Tea Party candidate. If someone like Paul was put in office as president, he could ruin the free ride republicans have and the progressive movement taking place in all the branches of government.
You can count on the GOP minimizing and attempting to destroy Rand at every turn. Remember, most of them were off dining with Obama last night, on our dime. They could give two chits about freedom, they're all about power.
Your nominee with be Christie. Get used to it, or get angry and finally cast a vote for the libertarians.
I am way more likely to vote for Rand after yesterday. I always considered myself to be republican, but with so few senators helping him yesterday and seeing how the party is abandoning morality, I don't think I am one of them anymore. Way to go, Rand!

God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.
Sorry, I wanted to bring back one of our old high school one liners.
What does that have to do with expecting GOVERNMENT to treat everyone equally? You re free to be a bigot in your personal life and in your religion. Government isn't, or rather, SHOULDN'T be allowed to do the same.

As a federal employee for the Department of Defense I welcome sequestration. Even though my own pay will be cut by 20% (I currently net $2,600) a month, we must start cutting government spending drastically if our nation is going to survive.
Did the person who wrote this article even do their homework? They decided to do their own Top 10 best states according to the Brady Campaign and didn’t even come close apparently.
My State, Idaho, is lower than Wyoming and some of the other States in the Top 10. Montana has the same score as Idaho but is not on the Top 10 from The Blaze writer. If you are going to write out a Top 10 at least get it right.
Absolutely agree. Idaho is one hell of a great state. It's too bad the writer(s) used the standards of the Brady Campaign. What's interesting is how invisible open carry is to Brady, it's not even a consideration, but it is, in my estimation, the truest test of how free your state is regarding the 2nd Amendment. If you don't need state permission to open carry in a fully ready condition, then you're a hell of a sight freer then Texas, Florida or Misissippi. But look at the rankings. Geesh.
I don't live in Idaho (30 miles south in Utah) so I'm just repeating what I've read. Maybe you can correct me if I'm mistaken. Idaho's carry laws are great, but the state lacks a good castle doctrine. IMO, the Castle doctrine is the flip side of the gun law coin. If you can carry but get thrown in prison for using the weapon, that kinda sucks. Better than no carry at all, but really a state needs both for my peace of mind.

They didn’t happen to find 4 baby turtles in the ooze did they? If so I would like to keep at least one of them for future protection purposes.
