  • Keep tellin’ them PattyHenry. Wake up Zappa, there is such a thing as righteous justice and righteous destruction of evil. You need to educate yourself about the true “religion of peace” Everywhere mudslimes have moved the area has gotten dramatically worse. Patriots like PH know the real story of the pedophiliac, violent, misgynist cult of Satan. You don’t know what being a Patriot really is.

  • I feel your pain, triplefold. Try being a widowed mother of three kids, two college degrees and 4 teacher certifications…and no job. I got RIFed (laid off) from my district last year. It stinks. I have been turned down so many times because I am overqualified for anything. I know that I will never be able to retire, that’s assuming I find any job, any time soon…

  • This is exactly why they are there, every year there is copious amounts of roadkill, or garbage that they are coming for. Wait until the botulism and cholera go haywire because nature’s garbage pickers aren’t working at the job. Then the geniuses will try something else…

  • Didn’t you mean buzzard kill? ha ha ha!

Excellent post! There was actually a lot of horse meat that was going into dog and cat food. Since the ban on horse slaughter, have you noticed the price of those foods skyrocket? I have 6 horses myself, while I would not consider eating them, I understand the need for humane disposal/use in situations where they cannot be cared for. Also, just because we consider them companion animals, doesn’t mean they aren’t livestock. In Mongolia they are the main source of labor, milk and yes, MEAT. Now we have a problem with our economy where people cannot care for their horses. Instead of having them humanely slaughtered (is this an oxymoron?) and used, now they are wasting away on farms across the country in prolonged starvation. It will only get worse as hay prices go up and the economy sinks farther. Thank goodness my horses are pedigreed, valuable breeds and I grow my own hay…:)

  • I can’t confirm her politics but I do remember that she had a press conference after the Hunger Games that was very pro gun/weapons/archery. I think the Blaze even covered it. So lets hope that she does have a conservative slant and can survive in Commiewood.

  • Can I hear an amen? This story and another thread (baseball one) were ripe with comments about how “sweet loving and dedicated” pit bulls are. I for one am sick and tired of so called dog lovers excusing away their breeds bad behavior. Any dog can turn and attack a human or other animal. That being said, there are definitely breeds that are more predisposed to aggression than others, many of them are bred for just that purpose. Why do herding dogs nip and bite more? Because they originally were bred to do that (to sheep and goats)! Why do rots and dobermans bark and bite? Because they are working dogs bred to guard things! Why do bull terriers, pit bulls and bull dogs bite hard and hold on? Because they were bred to grab BULLS’ noses and hold on! Why do my Vizslas and Weims retrieve fresh cat poop? Because they retrieve and they like the taste!
I am a dog lover who has told my neighbors that if my dogs ever escape their electric fence and act aggressive they should be shot–it is not worth their children getting bitten or attacked.
I have shot two of my a**hole neighbors dogs (after 4 years of warnings) after they chased my horses and killed my cats. I would do it again in a heartbeat too.
A dog that is running loose is a dog that is dangerous. All you bleeding heart dog lovers try and tell my children that their favorite barn kitty, pony or rabbit, on our own property, was worth less than some moron’s loose dog need to get your head out of your butts.

  • In our county in western Illinois we have a normal CAR kill rate of 20,000 deer every year (police records that are reported). I have dozens of deer EVERY NIGHT walk all over my yard. I wouldn’t consider 1 in 30,000 very rare. Maybe slightly unusual but not very rare. This is corn country and the deer population is out of control. Talk about grain fed meat! Yum.

  • Awesome sauce! My wedding was much the same, three bridesmaids, made the dresses, used my aunts wedding dress, friend made the cake, neighbor hosted the reception on the front yard by the pond with a bonfire and fireworks! I have people still coming up to me now 17 years later saying it was the best wedding and reception they have ever been to. More people need to realize that big wedding and spending money only lead to big problems and more spending. Loved your post.

  • Actually science can define life and it supports a pro-life stance. 1. growth, 2. adaptation, 3. eventual species reproduction, mechanisms for homeostasis. All these things a fetus does do in utero or is developing for further reproductive use (girl babies have all their eggs they will ever have before birth). This differentiates us from a rock! Thank God!
