  He is not saying their race prevents them from being smart. He is basically talking about their education level (to over simplify). If they were given opportunity to learn their kids could become as smart as American born white kids, but the cheap labor culture prevents that. It’s not racism it’s just fact. Furthermore it is one of those “no duh” facts. Everyone already knows it.

  I have been on jobs with these people they are very nice and super hard workers. I like them, but they come from total poverty and have very little knowledge. Most of their kids will grow up with little education and continue in the cheap labor force.

  Anyone who would have guessed this wrong knows nothing about business. Tiffany’s charges 50% more just for the bag. yet liberal love that place. Wal-mart on the other hand, where poor people save money, they hate.
