How many attackers were shot by the guards protecting our embassy and citizens?
What were the rules of engagement? Attacks like this have happened before and it seems our guards rarely try to defend the premises or the people. Am I right? Why do they not try to repell the attackers? What is the point of having security if they do not fight back?
