  • Maryland and Virginia. Close to DC. Wow. Illinois. Chicago, maybe? California? How about San Francisco? Sounds like we will be surrounded. Wonder how that will turn out? Guesses anyone?

  • My dad is an 80 year old veteran from the Korean War. He has no battle injuries, but because he is a veteran and qualified, he has for the past 8 years been under the care of the VA because he has congestive heart failure and is a cancer survivor. Not more than 3 weeks ago he was given an X-ray on his lungs and they were proclaimed: Clear! Oh brother! He hasn’t had clear lungs in years! While he wasn’t injured in battle he still fought right on the line. And still doesn’t talk about what he witnessed too much. Just this past Sunday, we about lost him. Fluid built up inside squeezing lung capacity. He will be on oxygen the rest of his life. Now tell me, why couldn’t the VA figure that out? He has suffered for these past 8 years doctoring with the VA. Now he is back with a general hospital, oxygen tanks, Lasix and a doctor of internal medicine. While his outcome is grave, he could have had a better past if only….. I am hoping for a few more years here so he gets to see some grandkids and great grandkids grow up. What will become of these new veterans when they reach the age of 72? If you think they will be taken care of, sadly they won’t. They will be left on their own to wither instead of being respected for their service to a once great country. What a shame.

  • Listening to the wrong voice will keep you lost and ‘thrown under the bus.’ After reading John 10 yesterday I was reminded how lost I was until I began listening to His voice. And yes, the battle was lost long ago, but Hallelujah it was also won! Just listen to the voice of Jesus. He is still calling. Answer.
Hard to believe that many Americans turned on their own fellow Americans like this. It will get unbearably worse. Teach those little ones and hold them tight.

  • Limited federal government I agree on. But if governing were turned over to the states, could individual states really handle all that? Also, debating and name calling gets nothing solved. That’s what is done now in Washington. Less talk, more action. The former secret service agent has it right. We are becoming a nation of sheep. We don’t need more of them. There are wolves out there waiting….. There is a time for talk, but when it is time to vote, do it! Encourage others to do the same and give them reasons why. We are losing our country for our future American leaders, our children, our grandchildren.

  • Indiana Teacher Suspended Over Anti-Gay Remarks

In reply to What the Heck.

I agree totally. Gay is not ok! Who is going to help this woman? We ARE tired of being bullied about homosexuality. It’s sin, ok! It’s sexual perversion. Does that mean we hate? No. We have all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. But we have a Savior, Jesus. We need to walk as Jesus did. That means obeying God. Turning away from the sin. Confess your sins to God. And others if needed. Cannot accept sexual perversion as normal. Someone needs to help this woman. I support her.

  • Exactly! Why do they need our permission to feel good about their perversion? Because they have guilt, that’s why. You don’t need to have a belief in God or Jesus to know if you are living outside the norm. Looks bad for animals to do too, by the way. Shoulda stayed in the closet and allow God to judge. Not out calling for rights to practice sodomy and being all kissie-faced about it. And yes if it happened in my family and would call them out on it. What you are practicing (or getting pretty good at) is SIN. PERIOD.

  • Excellent commentary. While many of us wish for peace you can’t pass a law and make it happen. If it was that easy well it would have already been done. While waiting for the return of The Lord, a wise pacifist better keep a few Chris Kyle’s by their side. Better than a hundred Ron Paul’s.

  • Based upon the 2 videos I watched, the message was truthful. Truth cuts to the heart. The commercial on TV now about rescuing abused animals and sending support funds, disturbing to watch. Put an aborted baby’s body on TV and it becomes offensive. Animals are protected by laws but in the wild, they are still animals. Human babies are totally dependent on their mothers but by an inhumane law are not protected from them. Tell the kids the truth!
