  Seems like everyone wants to always blame the married Adulterer and never the manipulating, sexually deviant, female sociopath ! She targeted a married man who was in a position of power with a callous recklessness. she controlled her body, it was her choice to both have sex with a 50 yr. old man and conceive a child out of an adulterous relationship. It was a power game machevellian tactic. She got leverage over the Senator and most likely emotionally blackmailed him for special favors so that she would stay quiet … All in exchange for power and influence as a ” lobbiest”.
  This was no love child….. It was a pawn in a game of deceit. So put the blame where it lies … A sociopath targeted a man in a position of power to take advantage. The hell with the consequences and repercussions concerning the innocent victims in this sordid game.

  Well this seems to be another misplaced HUFF-PO piece ? No ?

  Regarding illegitimate births … if the mother is unmarried the child should only have his mother’s maiden name placed on the birth certificate as the surname. Unless the unmarried father signs a paternity decree and agrees the child can have his last name. Otherwise, if the child is not of the father’s family, the child should not have the father’s SURNAME.

  In some States this is the law, but not in CALIFORNIA. There a mother may declare anyone to be the father, put his name on the birth certificate by falsely claiming that he is her husband and then steal the ma’s last name for their illegitimate child. You can’t believe the number of women who have falsely claimed George Clooney or Brad Pitt as their legal husband and have inappropriately named their bastard children after these men. Of course the Vital Records Office of CA. doesn’t prosecute these parasitic deviants for perjury or force compliance with STATE laws to not corrupt the integrity of Public Records. Which are felonies. But women in CA. are not held accountable for their blatant violations of the law. They hide behind the mask of motherhood, as a free pass to be sociopaths.

  Did anyone pick up on the fact released that she was at home “alone”… Suffering from a stomach flu ??? She is sick and no one is there to take care of her ?? I don’t buy it. Now I would buy that because she was home alone, meaning Bill was out cheating on her, her stomach flu and dehydration was because she may have been drunk , vomiting and mad as hell…. Probably throwing lamps and things she suffered a fall hitting her head…. Or When she woke up on the bathroom floor, The concussion that needed no medical attention was the cover story. Now having a blot clot really adds up. This really is not about not testifying…. It is about bill not being there for her when she was sick. Anyway , so much time has passed that if she previously could not remember where she left those Rose Law Firm records… How could she remember details like not prioritizing Security issues. That was a subbordinate’s job. Not hers.

  Actually some judges might consider this gifting of gametes a SEXUALLY INTIMATE PARTNERSHIP (SIP) or = SEX. If the guy gave his semen fresh in a cup to the recipient and the Babymama inseminated herself without a doctor actually doing the “method of conception”…… then it is no different than a ruthless women hell bent on getting pregnant taking fresh semen out of a condom. And She can go after the sperm donor for child support. Certain questions about the transactions and methods of insemination are not being disclosed. Is there a reason why this Donor may soon have DCSS knocking down his door for his debts to society. Unless we once and for all start holding single mothers truly accountable for their procreation choices 1

  The only issue this is about is protecting the financial interests of SPERM BANKS !

  It is competition, it threatens the multi-million dollar industry who writes the rules through lobbying and special interests ! In CA. the law says (Family code 7613 b) … As long as a supervising physician does the method of insemination and known donor is not a natural parent or liable for child support. Supported by case law Steven S. v Deborah D. (CA. 2005 ? )
  Now the State may claim that children are their #1 interests, but that is a lie. As proven by the cited case the #! liberty interest in CA. is the right for women to choose to have a child or not. What a mother wants regardless of the rights of the child is what the courts rule with. The superior liberty rights of the MOTHER. So if she wants a sperm donor, warts and all…… the State can not stop her. It violates her constitutional rights. And the FDA is guilty of COLOR of LAW abuses under CA. civil code 52, and under US codes Title 18 ss 241,242 and Title 42 ss 1983 an 14141.

Then she constantly harassed and blackmailed him for hush money. “That needy friend stage”. This time period then gets distorted into claiming it was “an affair”. No, it was a shakedown- extortion relationship for the next 12 years. But women like this, who claim they have to stand up for their integrity (LOL) out of pride and point fingers are beyond delusional. So Consider the source of information before casting those stones.

  And then after these women realize they can’t afford their desperate, reproductive”choices”… they use the court systems paid by the tax payers to confiscate marital property with no considerations given to the wife’s 50% interest in the sperm donor’s earnings.
  If child support was capped for illegitimate births (outside of a marriage)… and the system did not provide free lawyers on the taxpayer’s dime to abuse the court’s time to do after the sperm donors maybe these sperm stalkers would get married first before spawning ! A-HA !!!.. A NEW novel social engineering PLAN for cutting Government WASTE and over-spending !
  Make women responsible for their own bodies… isn’t this what feminism is all about. They don’t need men anymore, and when conception takes place with a doctor… Child support is not an option for the designer child by choice.

  This is not even half of the dirty little secrets in this industry that profits off of gamete substances. Apparently, as there is very little due diligence, oversight and reckless ignorance of state laws regarding contracts and “gifting” of property to a known third party, such as to sperm bank.
  Any woman can set up a sperm bank account, (lie about her relationship status which would require her spouse’s consent) and have any other known man with viable sperm donate directly to her account. NO questions for consent issues for gifting property asked. Apparently the ASRM sanctions this practice and considers sperm “separate property” if a married man donates sperm to a known receiver, not his wife.
  But if you are a woman, sensitive questions (invading privacy claims) are asked about your significant sexual relationships and legal consent is required by your spouse or partner before the “BIOLOGICAL TRANSACTION” can be executed as a “gifting of eggs” to a third party.

  What is good for the goose is not okay for the gander.

  SO AS A WIFE, your husband can be contributing sperm to lots of other women using a sperm bank and the SPERM BANK’s claim the WIFE HAS NO RIGHT TO KNOW OF THE TRANSACTION ! How many other other women are out there having half-siblings ??? This is how the system can be abused by desperate women who resort to desperate measures to have a child.
