Absolutely correct. It will be the retention and destruction that take her down. The law is very clear and very specific and those 2 aspects cannot be spun. Once the reality that she will lose becomes more clear, she is toast. My theory is that this is what the delay is about, ensuring that it’s clear she is not a viable candidate.

All that and a Trump – supporting conservative to boot.
More accurate would be a republican ticket supporting conservative who regrets a viable third option true conservative from the outside is not an option. TRUMP, 2016

If she makes it that far.

Agreed. More importantly she is marginalizing if not destroying the feminazi movement by revealing how small the % of women that think the way she does truly is. Starting with her chameleon like approach to her looks, speech and general persona, she perpetrates a falsehood that represents a small fraction of what women believe in America. Only on the DNC side is she worthy of a candidacy and we should all be thankful for her demise.

That can be the only explanation if Ryan is stupid enough to not have recognized this forever ago:
“What we learned today is that the Democrats were not looking to advance an issue but to sabotage the appropriations process,” he said.

The memo with “Guccifer is in the house” in the subject line modified a lot of comments on this topic I suspect.

Bernie could capitalize on the email debacle if he thought himself a serious candidate. I’m thinking he is merely there to pull the witch to the left. I’m still convinced HRC ain’t gonna make it to the finish line. I also think the Guccifer thing is to drive some deal making…HRC is toast.

He took out a loan, it was collateralized and paid back. There is no smoke and certainly no fire here. You can speculate on why he borrowed the money from who he did, but that is merely speculation.

Math says he would have thrown 122-125 pitches. As in any league a walk is as good as a hit. The kid was getting tired.

You Hollywood worshipers live in a false reality. Do you dread the day when you learned george clooney wasn’t really Batman?

No doubt. Gubmint is in it for the sin tax revenue only, not the publicity. They’d never allow it.

Wish that were true in American politics…

First off it’s California. secondly It’s reasonable to consider the merit based on potential claims in the filing; we don’t know all those. If she received a JD and subsequently passed the bar I see no claim of fraud. If her JD was questionable or jeopardized possibly a compelling issue. I’d rather see her support a class action if it is in fact that misrepresented.
 March 10, 2016 at 2:03pm
She is sung for fraud, a criminal offense that must prove damages. She secured a job and subsequently there are no damages, end of sorry. She could file a civil claim for false advertising yet still, no proof of damages. I would look at it differently if it were filed as class action. On the flip side she should be concerned about a libel / slander counter.

She secured a job. There is no standing and no damages. She can sue for false advertising or misrepresenting data in advertisement but there are no grounds for damages in this case, period.

I can’t speak for Big Media but I thought the message was pretty clear. We all know city government is necessary but when selfish twits get involved there are victims.

I think every superdelegate should be vetted with that same line of inquiry.

Bernie should be running ads showing pics of his arrest in 1963. The segregation cred is on full display and there are plenty of blacks in the pics to show “I’m one of you”. HRC has nothing similar on her resume, but she did get fired from the Watergate investigation team for lacking integrity.
