  First of all, this is Boehner claiming this, so I doubt the veracity of his claim. Second, this is the Speaker who has repeatedly sold out his own party. Third, when does Boehner intend to assert Congressional authority on issues like Women in Combat? This country is so thoroughly confused that the idea likely has at least a bare majority in support. AAAARRRRRGGG.
