Her posts were great, problem is she broke the companies policy and was warned several times about breaking the policy. She was well aware of the consequence. Seems to me she wanted to be fired.

frontlinethebos, my point was if the father had taken the time to discipline her correctly from the start, this would have never happened. It came to this point because of her parents LACK of discipline. They are reaping what they have sown. That does not excuse her in any way, she too will reap what she has sown.

Discipline should NEVER be given in anger. The child believes the punishment is for angering the parent not for their behavior. If the child ls is sent to their room to think about what they have done and why it is wrong, it will be a better outcome. This gives the parent time to cool off and the child will know that the discipline is the product of their behavior not the parents anger. If the parent is consistent in behavior discipline, not anger discipline from the beginning by the age of 16yrs very little discipline will be needed. The child will know discipline is behavioral not emotional. This takes a lot more time and is harder to do but is far more loving. The results are a mature, responsible, functional adult that can pass on their discipline to their children. If a child is not taught discipline, they struggle with self discipline the rest of their lives. A parent that does not discipline their child correctly are very cruel and unloving. The real world will discipline those who have not been taught by their parents, hence the overcrowding of our jails. Parents that spoil their children are apathetic to their children, “things” replacing time and love. Discipline is and should be harder on the parent then the child. This woman’s parents failed her and she sadly will pass this failure on.

Wonderful that 1791 is so successful! A women’s line would be great, T-shirts and golf shirts not a favorite of mine. I have purchased a couple of them for the men in my life but I want something for me. 1791 Jeans would sell well also.
