To those who reference the “fellowship of minds” website and the info that the gop signed an agreement to not contest election results: What’s stopping us from initiating a class-action lawsuit against the democratic party in general, and Obama, Jarrett, Axelrod, and others in particular, as private citizens, contesting the blatant voter-fraud perpetuated on our country in the 2012 election? Do we know any lawyers who would take this on?
I'm sure you could find one to rustle up whatever trouble you want to pay them to rustle up. Waste of your time but it's a free country and you can clog up the courts with whatever you want to clog them up with.
I think it's probably better for you to have an extended period of self-reflection as a party, though. I mean, you were soundly defeated, and the ridiculous right wing way of thinking was repudiated in the polls and election results. Time for the GOP to come to grips with why it lost and why it will keep losing unless it comes to its senses and purges the far right wing. Good luck with that.

I too, screamed when I saw that. My first choice was Condi Rice. Since she absolutely said she didn’t want it, (If I were in her shoes, I would probably do the same thing), I think Rubio would be the next best thing. Romney needs someone young and fresh to partner with. The ABSOLUTE LAST choice would be another old, tame, white guy. That would absolutely lose the election. If he persists in the choice of an old, tame, white guy, he can kiss the election good-bye. I actually, for a moment, thought that this would be the ultimate takeover for the left. For Romney to appear to change sides, but campaign badly (already done), and choose the wrong VP candidate. (Possible). Then, we have no recourse.
Kalli, thank you for your words. You’ve brought more comfort to me than any other comment. I’ve felt all day like someone died. I also agree that God blessed our country, and His blessings can be taken away according to His will, depending on whether He feels we are walking with Him. Prayer is an absolute MUST. I’ve found in my 57 years that only God can take something extremely horrible and turn it into something positive. Prayer and trust is required. I also agree with other posters that Roberts may have been coerced or threatened, thus, the bone he threw us.
