If the attackers are not in uniform it only takes a review by 3 officers (a tribunal) to determine if they are "unlawful combatants", if so, unless the cut a deal, they can be executed with appeal.
That is what the ratified sections of the Geneva Conventions specify. GW Bush failed us by not following those procedures and granting POW status to "unlawful combatants".

Digital books don’t degrade with time? Do you really think the software and devices 10, 20 or 30 years down the road will allow you to read the digital books of today?

Anyone who refuses to submit to the laws of a country should not be afforded protection under those laws.
Yeah, like nothing ridiculous ever happens in the US. Why just because it’s a Canadian story should you feel embarrassed?. Apologize for it? How Canadian of you, my fellow Canadian.

True, but over 20,000 Canadians enlisted with US forces to fight in Viet Nam

The Statue of Liberty is about as American as the Eiffel Tower, it being a gift from France and all, complete with an inscription by a French Socialist asking for the world’s refuse to be dumped on your shores. The French must have had a good laugh over that one.

Maybe he is, maybe he isn’t, but being from Iraq doesn’t necessarily mean he’s is a Muslim.
True, it looks more like he identifies as a humanist.

“the only way to ensure and maintain religious freedom is to have a separation of Mosque and State or Church and State.”
But isn’t that contradictory to Islam? So how can Muslims have religious freedom in a secular state? That fundamental contradiction must be understood by those who think we can all co-exist within any one nation.
Thus the conclusion that iSlam does not qualify as a religion, since it is inextricably entwined with politics! There, we figured that out! Now, no more comparisons with real religions, no charitable exemptions, no preferential zoning, etc.

Actually this is a very good program. Think about it for a minute. It just takes guns away from stupid people.
You are wrong, socialism works just fine if you are on the receiving end of it, and there is a steady stream of producers to bleed. Even outright slavery works “just fine” for those on the receiving end in much the same way. Whether socialism works or not is irrelevant.

“When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out.”
You are making a wild assumption these groups would speak out on your behalf.
Yes there is that assumption because one hopes for goodness in others.
You have zero reading comprehension.
If there is NO ONE left there are NO GROUPS.

Yeah well, the American flag itself is in essence a traitorous symbol, so go stuff it. Part of the reason for your revolution was the Royal Proclamation Act forbidding new white settlements on Indian Lands, so it also a symbol of “racism”.

According to Cliff Clavin, the pyramids were the first post offices, and Cliff knew everything about everything..

While Ellis added that he’s not against gun control, he said that “it’s just not effective” and “has no bearing” in a city where getting a gun is as “easy as getting candy from a candy store.”
So even though it’s not effective and has no bearing we’ll have it anyway?
Gun control isn't about solving the (stated) problems.
It is about making people feel that they have "done something"
especially something easy that does not require much effort from them.
[ #hashtagVote4THIS!!! ]
Good parenting would require effort.
Setting a consistent good example would require both effort
and self-observation against a standard that is not as flexible as rationalizations.
"Feel good/feel safe" is easier than trying things that might work.
Things that might work could include things that are hard and/or unpleasant and voters don't like hard unpleasant things dumped on them by government fiat. Voters don't like hearing that they might be part of the problem.
It's blaming the victim to tell girls not to get sloppy drunk and vulnerable to rapists. Telling people to be better parents and change their culture, to stop admiring and celebrating violence in music, tv and movies... That would sail like a lead balloon.
Bread and circuses... keep the public happy (enough).
Give rioters some space and hear them out...
Feel good/feel safe is another aspect of chasing "happy".
Life isn't about chasing "happy" all the time
... unless it is a shallow, empty sort of life.
Happy can be icing on the cake, but not the cake itself.

Sparky, it seems to be a matter of faith, or indoctrination, that you believe Canada is a socialist nation while the U.S. is not.

The problem started when the word “sex” was replaced by “gender”.
Not Nazis per se. If they're demons disguised as aliens, then it would make sense that they'd ally with people who want to conquer the world and setup an one-world dictatorship. That's been Satan's goal all along, and that's what the prophesies predict will happen briefly at the end of this world system.
And miraculous signs in the heavens will accompany the Antichrist and False Prophet.
