  That’s our N.Y.C council. Nothing is too stupid for them to consider as long they stay in power. The best thing they should do is to send out ballots to other countries they feel good about to vote in NYC elections. Why wait for immigrants to come here. Better yet the ballot could be used as a visa as long as the vote is Dem. Why fool around, NYC Dems. will still vote “D”.
