Exactly. Reduce the cartel’s drug trafficking by enforcing our borders and locking them down so it’s next to impossible to cross illegally. Force incoming immigrants through the ports of entry where they can be searched and illegal substances can be found. When they no longer can get their product into the US, they will lose their power and influence. Simple.

Just the fact that you would post a link from MSNBC, reveals so much about you. You’re an ignorant, whiney little sally. No matter what facts people present you will just plug your ears and continue licking the toes of our Commander in Chief. You’re a pathetic excuse for an American

The truth is in the articles and not in the commenter’s personal opinions and perspectives. Perhaps you should lay off the big macs my friend, they don’t seem to be doing you any good ;)

Careful MONK! You better buy yourself an AC quick! Either that or restrain yourself inside your home whenever the temperature is threatening 100!

  • January 30, 2013 at 5:50pm

Screw gun control! Seems like it’s time for “Climate Control”! Mandate that all schools need to have a regulated temperature of no more than 55 degrees year round! Same with libraries, government buildings, and theatres!

Okay…I feel stupid just joking about this. On a more serious note; I’m happy to see MSNBC getting opinions from such an intillectual bimbo like her.

I have noticed that I am particularly more prone to violent behavior when the thermometer breaches the 78 degree mark. Good thing I can always plead “not guilty” for reason of “Global Warming” :)

I can’t believe that I actually disagree with most of the commenters here. I think it would be one thing if the school was forcing students to learn and recite the pledge in another language but they didn’t. This is still the same pledge to the United States and not the Arab States. We shouldn’t be getting offended over a language spoken by those who murder. When someone shoots up a school or kills a family we don’t blame the gun. Their language is just a tool of communication. Same with a gun it’s just a tool. I think we’re being too quick to pass judgement and be offended because they are using another language. We’re starting to be as petty as liberals

You’d get more money for your guns if you painted them black first :)

Glad to hear that! I on the other hand live in Washington “Land of the needy and home of the hippy”. I think there is a general demonizing of guns and gun owners and it’s being spread by liberal teachers. I know there are many good teachers and schools but i’ve seen too many liberal teachers that just can’t help themselves and enjoy sharing their agenda with their students.

Haha, Oh but it’s not!!! This is just a precautionary measure to stop these weapons from falling into the wrong hands. This woman makes me sick, thanks a lot California!

They stop the supply. Then when you die they are forfeited to the government instead of passing to any family. Eventually most will be gone

This may fail now but it is only a matter of time before they get this or something like it passed. Our kids are being groomed to see guns as evil and these kids are growing up into progressive voters. It’s a slow process but sadly it’s working. Only a matter of time unless we can win back our kids and stop the indoctrination.

Great idea but unfortunetly I don’t think that it would deter a shooter. Your legs and groin are completely exposed and I would think that most people (especially children) would fall down or drop the board after being shot in the legs. I just don’t think this is a good solution to the problem.

But this is the right kind of thinking! We need people to be inspired and keep trying to find better ways to protect our children and schools rather than just pushing for more and more gun control. This man and his company are doing great work! Keep it up!

That’s exactly what I noticed as well. How ridiculous are the people standing by yelling at her or waving their arms? JUMP DOWN THERE AND HELP!!! Props to the man that helped her out!

sorry “You’re and idiot”. Damn typos!

  • January 23, 2013 at 3:14pm

JROOK- Automatic weapons aren’t used because they are ridiculously hard to aqquire. Mrs. Lanza would have reported it stolen as you said in 72 hours so once again the blame and the punishment would be with the SHOOTER and not the person who’s guns he stole. Your an idiot good sir

Simply a bunch of pessimistic worries that have no base in fact. Too many “if”s. As for the cost? I think my child’s life is worth it. The liberals are always raising taxes for education. This I would gladly pay more for. I’m sure though that there are many veterans out there that would love to provide protection for the children of this nation for less pay than a private security company would.
