  First I would like to point out that although the First Amendment doesn’t allow you to say “FIRE” in a theater, you are still allowed to use the word fire in almost any other context. It’s how the word is used that is against the law. Not the word itself.
  Second – The Constitution does not protect your right to arms that the government deems appropriate. It doesn’t say “The right to bear arms, that are not dangerous and unusual, shall not be infringed.”
  We need to stop taking for granted that a government employees interpretation, no matter their position, of a law is not iron clad fact.
  The whole reason people panic about the possibility of Obama appointing a supreme court justice is the fact that they know that he will appoint someone that will make decisions based on politics rather than law. The president himself has been found to have violated the constitution with his political appointments.
  The Constitution does not limit the Second Amendment to certain weapons.
  I don’t want the average person to own a nuke or tank any more then the next guy. But technically, the way the Constitution is written, our only LEGAL option of keeping them out of the wrong hands is to keep them priced at a range that regular people can’t afford.
  If you don’t like the law. Then change it legally. But according to current Constitutional Law any law, Federal, State, and Local that infringes(limits) our ability to keep(own) and bear(carry) arms(weapons) is unconstitutional.

  Someone explain to me please how a person during the same segment of the same show can defend Obama’s use of children when pushing his gun control but rail against the NRA for pointing out that Obama has different rules for his kids than for working class American’s kids.

  Now I don’t know about all the different “theories” surrounding Sandy Hook. I have seen quite a few things that don’t add up. Haven’t seen any evidence that remotely proves a complete fake. However I would like to ask how a phone interview of an alleged survivors Dad is supposed to debunk all the rumors. No face to face. No way to confirm the guys identity. Glen who stands up to all the shady cr@p the Government tries to dish out. But he’s willing to take the word of some guy on the phone that everything is on the up and up?

  I always look at these conspiracies with a skeptical eye. Some theories are just too outrageous to even wrap your head around. However then you get the ones that although you’d hope were delusions of of the paranoid, keep unearthing little tidbits that just don’t make sense. Something most people would over look is the fact that this guy, who is in the middle of a controversy over statements he made that don’t jive with the official story, when he finally decided to go to the media about the harassment he has suffered. Didn’t go to his local news. Not a national news outlet. Not even MSNBC or CNN. But SALON.com. Probably one of the most lefty news organizations ever to poke their little nose out of the Obama Admins back pocket.
