  • @VOTER scratch Saudi, insert terrorist Your seeing racism, not me. I was just using a Saudi as a description.

  • Bill Maher is a useful idiot. The progressive/socialist elite have always used the weak minded like Bill to achieve their goals. The sheeple will gladly give away their freedom for an imagined utopia that can never be achieved. Useful idiots do not understand that at the end of their quest lies an elite few with the power of the gun and the masses living in equal poverty and subservience.

Also gun control fanatics that think the UK is so great because the police don’t have guns, do a Google image search for armed London police and let me know what your definition of armed is.

  • You are right VOTER. When invited into someone else’s house you do not insult other guests. By posing for a picture with person he may not like or even disdains Glenn has shown good manners, something that is sorely lacking in today’s society. By the way, even though I can not stand the socialist in chiefs wife, knocking her for visiting the Saudi is a cheap shot. She visited all the victims. Her being in the same room with him though, is a total failure of security.

Congratulations Glenn and staff, I hope you get more recognition of the great work you are doing.

    1. A usually religious movement or point of view characterized by a return to fundamental principles, by rigid adherence to those principles, and often by intolerance of other views and opposition to secularism.
    2.
    a. often Fundamentalism An organized, militant Evangelical movement originating in the United States in the late 19th and early 20th century in opposition to Protestant Liberalism and secularism, insisting on the inerrancy of Scripture.
    b. Adherence to the theology of this movement.

You are right that I do not call myself a Christian. I am believer in the God of Israel and believe that Jesus Christ was born, died, and was resurrected so that my sins may be forgiven. I longer use the term Christian because of the intolerance I have seen from so many that call themselves Christians. If you are a true Christian fundamentalist you would probably not consider me a Christian.

  • I am more scared of how this showed terrorists how easy it is to shut down an American city.

  • So the uncle new that he had been radicalized and did not tell authorities. We are told over and over that Islam is a peaceful religion and to not judge all followers because of the actions of a few bad apples. I normally follow a live and let live philosophy, but if a Christian told me that he was starting to think like a fundamentalist and was told by others that someone who was mentoring him believed in things like killing those who did not believe as they do, I would alert authorities.

I know I just put a target on my back, fire away.

  • By shutting down a major US city these two pieces of dirt have shown every terrorist lunatic living in our country that the socialist Gov’t and liberal sheeple of our nation are cattle waiting to be slaughtered. As of 2008 there were 700,000 foreign college students, more than 166,000 refugees with permanent residency status, and more than 11,000,000 illegal aliens living in this country. If just one out of every ten thousand of of these people are of the terrorist mindset, that would make 1200 terrorists that have just been shown how easy it is destroy our freedom.

May the people who have shed blood and died for the freedoms we enjoy forgive us.
I pray that there are still enough of us left that cherish our liberty and that God will see and hear us so as to still bless the Republic of the United States of America.

I did a little research after seeing your post. The armory is no longer active and was bought by the city from the state of NY. I thought it was owned by the veterans group. So you are correct that the first citation does not apply because the city owns the property but the second citation could be somewhat valid unless the city bans the flying of all flags that may be flown by groups using city facilities.

  • This town council is populated by dictatorial morons. First off they can not make a law that only targets people they don’t like. 14th amendment.

Second flying that flag is protected by a first amendment right to free speech.

City of Ladue v. Gilleo, 512 U.S. 43, 114 S.Ct. 2038, 129 L.Ed. 2d. 36 (1994): A federal court struck down a local ordinance banning the placement of signs on private property, in a challenge brought by a woman who had posted a sign on her lawn protesting the Persian Gulf War. The Court said lawn signs were a “venerable means of communication that is both unique and important,” for which “no adequate substitutes exist.”
R.A.V. v. St. Paul, 505 U.S. 377, 112 S.Ct. 2538, 120 L.Ed.2d. 305 (1992): St. Paul, Minnesota passed an ordinance that banned “hate speech,” any expression, such as a burning cross or swastika, that might arouse anger, alarm, or resentment in others on the basis of race, color, religion, or gender. The Supreme Court struck the ordinance down as unconstitutionally discriminating based on the content of expression: the law banned only fighting words that insult based on race, religion, or gender, while abusive invective aimed at someone on the basis of political affiliation or sexual orientation would be permissible. The law thus reflected only the city’s special hostility towards certain biases and not others, which is what the First Amendment forbids.

  • The very misleading headline for this story and the lack of context in the body would be more appropriate on MSNBC than on The Blaze. For everyone freaking out over NC establishing a state religion, read the bill. Even though it is a poorly written bill, you should be able to tell the intent is not to establish a religion but to let a group of persons worship as they want whether or not they are politicians.
