  I can guarantee that this is statement is a lie – “Lerner said the practice, initiated by low-level workers in Cincinnati, was wrong”
  I’m also very sure that no “low-level workers” or the ones who really started this intimidation were fired or severely disciplined.
  This is corruption on a massive level and it must be investigated to the point of indictments and prosecutions.
