  Why are y’all so serious? I say “Hurray” for Hollywood for putting money into this movie. The original did what it could with a shoe string budget. I don’t really care if the books were totally accurate, (no one knows for sure). This will and has already prompted much conversation about the Bible, end times, and “Where will you be?” At his current age, Kirk Cameron could have played R. Steele.
  I would also like to see a big budget movie series on Ted Dekker’s Circle Trilogy.

  I just want to say to the Mormans, “Welcome to the 80s” For decades Contemporary Christian Musicians like Amy Grant, Petra, Third Day, Michael W. Smith, Delirous!, and others have put a modern spin on the old hymns. Even Willie Nelson released a country hymns album around 1990. Just prepare for a lot of resistance from the “traditionals” who will rebuke this “new” music.

  Why so mean? She has been in numerous movies, and has been a strong character in most. To say you’ve never heard of her just means you don’t pay attention. I haven’t seen Silver Linings Playbook yet, but, I have seen Winter’s Bone and The Hunger Games and know she has an amazing talent. I love movies inspite of Hollywoods left lean. Many of you don’t know how to be critical without being hateful.
