  bennettpatches My grandfather survived Tarawa and Saipan have you never read of the battles. Suicide was the only option for the Japanese military and civilian., they committed Hari Kari and threw themselves off of cliffs rather than surrender. We would still be fighting them if the Atom bomb’s had not been dropped. The only way you can defeat any religious sect is to convince them that God is against them or their leader is not God or have the leader who is supposed to be God capitulate. I know i would die if necessary for my religion, those without Honor do not understand . Do you think if the United States was invaded that everyone would surrender? Even those who are not necessarily religious would fight for this nation. Perhaps you should watch some of the actual movies of our troops fighting the Japanese and learn something. Or aren’t you aware of people from the Islamic faith welcoming death by committing suicide because of Religion. Only total eradication will stop them and that is what is going to happen soon. The same will be tried against the Jew and Christian faiths before it happens. Helllllllooooooo Armagedon!!

  The Bill of Rights trumps all Federal, State, Local laws. Otherwise all the other rights do not apply as Rights. Speech, Religion, Warrants, ect, remove one and the entire Bill falls.

  It takes years of college to be a lawyer. When going to trial they try to eliminate anyone with an IQ greater than idiot and succeed many times. Then with an opposing lawyer they argue who’s right and wrong according to the law. After spending months if not years litigating, the Judge who is also a lawyer sits and thinks about what can or cannot be introduced as evidence. Then the judge then gives it too a jury of jobless, homeless, or government paid employees ( who are paid regular salary while on jury duty), or those with the reasoning ability of slug. They may spend weeks and finally come up with a verdict that is based on politics, ignorance, prejudice, and emotion and usually very little reasoning. The loser’s lawyer appeals it goes to a higher court who overturn the verdict on constitutional grounds.. It is appealed to a higher court those judges reverse the others, finally it makes it to the SUPREME court. It takes 2years and determine the case is constitutionally correct and overturned with a 5 to 4 decision . It has taken ten years to complete this deciding of the Law. I ASK YOU, HOW CAN IGNORANCE OF THE LAW NOT BE AN EXCUSE ?. How can we be expected to know the laws of the land when thousands are passed every year? How can the SUPREME JUSTICES declare what is JUST when they cannot agree. Every DDammnnn decision should be at least 8 out of 9. They are no better than YOU or Me and are political shills> Lawyers..LIARS.
