As ex-law enforcement all of this rhetoric about fear of other Americans is nuts. I live in a very safe area, that being said, I just enjoy sending lead at targets that are bought in stores. All of these people saying that they are getting guns for protection put so many safety rules in effect for themselves that a would be robber would be long gone before they got it out of their safe, found the right ammo and take off the safety mechanism. Shooting is a great sport. When a police officer knows he is going into a bad situation. He does not have a sporting rifle in his hand, he has a shotgun. The best close weapon ever made.

I guess we should try stealing, adultey or even following false gods for a year as “just an experiment.” We could gain a new understanding about those things also. I know there are social stigmas attached with being gay. A young man that is almost like a son ” came out ” last year to his family and friends, also he is dating a married man. We have talked and as of now I truly do not understand the attraction but God is working on me about that. But breaking up another family gives me pause.
Hey, since we need to follow the Bible, why don't we just slaughter him? Y'know, like good ol' Leviticus 20:13 says, "If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives." Considering that our laws are based entirely on Biblical doctrine, what's stopping you good, moral Christians from grabbing your stones and pelting this man to death? It's almost as if you don't want to go to Heaven.
@ HOVA This is the usual argument from those who like to say that "Christians are haters". Obviously that was under the curse of the law. Judgement for those who broke those laws was strict. Jesus came, not to abolish that law, but to fulfill it. The law hasn't changed. It is still perfect in every respect. What has changed is the ability of all those who have truly accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior to follow that law, not out of fear of reprisal, but from the heart.
Another thing that has changed is that Jesus taught us to love the sinner, even when they attack, mock and even kill us. It is the will of God that none should perrish(eternally in Hell). We seek to show them the love of God so that they can turn from their sin and it's repercussions. And so we tell them the truth about their lifestyle and what it will ultimately mean for them. But it is out of love, not hate.
YOUNG HOVE -- by the way, love your work. Have every album.

As they both woddled off the stage, it appears as though it was planned all along.
I thought the same thing! They were both worried that all the creme filled doughnuts would be eaten so they made a preemptive move to the treats, look closley you can see them licking their lips!

1 Peter 3:13-17 (NIV)
13 Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good?
14 But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear what they fear; do not be frightened.”
15 But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,
16 keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.
17 It is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.
Attacking the attacker is not our job. I truly hope that man can find the love of Christ before it is to late..
