The Obama Admin. Is Supporting Jobs for Veterans – And This Union Boss Is Not Pleased!
May 9, 2013 at 5:31pm
Obama can’t run again, so he doesn’t need the support of the Unions. That’s it plain and simple. If anybody thinks that Obama gives a damn about veterans, I have a bridge for sale I’d like to talk to you about.

Can Average Citizens Really Save Lives in Active-Shooter Situations? Here’s What Experts Found

I have been fired twice because I have pulled a pistol when I was being robbed. Once from a pizza shop and once from a convenience store. Both times I had a concealed carry permit and was certified as an armed guard. The girl who replaced me at the convenience store was robbed and raped. Businesses are more concerned about their “public image” or being sued than they are about the safety of their employees. In 2002 one of the engineers that I worked with was working late. As he was leaving he heard some screaming. When he got out side, he saw our receptionist being dragged by a man to a car by her ****. He went to his car, grabbed his pistol and held the man until police arrived. The man was the receptionist’s ex-husband. In the car the police found a gun and a suicide note in which he stated that he had killed his ex and himself. Two days later the engineer was fired because he had a gun on company property.

Dead on? Researcher Claims Increase in Zombie Obsession Is Connected to Economic Upheaval
March 11, 2013 at 10:09am
I remember reading, an interview with a video game developer, a few years ago who gave “political correctness” as the reason that he used zombies in his games. His reasoning was that by using zombies, he wouldn’t have to be worried race being an issue, after all they are just zombies.

Flyover State: Military Says Sequester Could Mean Goodbye to Those Airplane Demos Before Big Games (But Is That the Full Story?)
March 1, 2013 at 10:02am
Don’t people bother to read the article before commenting? Those fly overs DO NOT cost anything extra. Those planes are going to fly anyway. As a matter of fact they are GOOD training. Think about this. The planes that over flew Dallas for the Super Bowl, launched out of Oceana Virginia and flew to Dallas Texas, so that they were over the stadium at a specific time. Can you say “Time on Target”? I can think of a few places where that might come in handy.
Since most of these fly overs take place on weekends, it is usually Reservists or Air National Guard getting the training.

“I really never understood how a school of higher learning, that is supposed to prep young people for the real world would graduate someone with a degree in philosophy…… ”
Simple, his checks cleared the bank. This helped to keep some other stupid schmuck who got what would otherwise be a useless degree employed creating people with worthless degrees.
Heartbreaking Details a Decade Later: NASA Brass Asked Prophetic Hypothetical Question Regarding Space Shuttle’s Demise
February 1, 2013 at 3:50pm
Don’t blame NASA, blame Congress. There were plans in the 80′s and 90′s that would have had another Shuttle on the pad preparing for the next mission that would have been available in an emergency. Congress cut the funding so that NASA wasn’t able to do that. NASA has been forced to operate on a shoestring since the early 70′s. If Obama really wanted to stimulate the economy, he could have given a chunk of stimulus funds to NASA.
