  I do not care if he was armed or not. If you are a criminal burglar in someones home – you need shooting. If that was the normal reaction burglaries would be a thing of the past. We are way past time of mollycoddling criminals. People that think like you do are the biggest part of the problem. Chances are this fool has already been caught before but was not punished enough to learn his lesson.

  The part that bothers me most about this nomination is why? Why would you, if your intentions were in the best interest of the USA, even dream of nominating such a controversial person to head the CIA? Why would you even be willing to risk it all if even 0.001 percent of this is true? Obama and his people are not stupid,,, what are they REALLY after?

  As I read the comments on here about how “that clerk shouldn’t have”,,, I remember the old saying “It takes a village to raise a child”. I know for a fact that there have been times at the store that I had to walk out to keep myself from choking the living daylights out of someones kids that were destroying the place while the parents looked on. I’m betting a dollar to a doughnut that “boy” did something pretty horrible to get a reaction like that from the lady. Not a normal reaction from a person if the child is polite and respectful. Moral of the story is if your kids are totally out of control get a grip – or Uncle Bud will do it for you later in their life. If you are smart enuff to know who Uncle Bud is.

  What it tells me is that the ATF is out of control regardless of what the political affiliation is of who is president. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Can anyone say ATF – IRS – EPA?

  All I can say is you obviously have never had to stay in a hospital a few days. A 2 week stay in the hospital will bankrupt most average working people. Like most, you equate your life experiences to everyone else. Has it ever occurred to you that you were just lucky? As in real real lucky?
