  • I watched part of the video. I couldn’t finish watching it. I had to close it out then go to the bathroom and puke my guts out. I made everything real, it wasn’t just a story about a beheading, it was seeing it actually happen. Nothing sanitized about it. When you read a story about it you think it’s appalling. When you WATCH it, it rises to a whole other level.

  • As I have no desire or reason to leave the continental United States, I will NOT fly. It may take me longer to get where I’m going, but I won’t play their game.

  • This is why I carry my gun WHILE AT HOME. I don’t want to have to depend on beating the bad guy to my room, unlocking a gun case, loading and then firing.

  • You got that right. He wouldn’t even have to touch my kid/grandkid, just using that word I would punch him square in the face.

  • Happened to me at the drive thru at Taco Bell a couple of months ago. The person ahead of me paid for my meal. I did it for somebody else a month later.

  • Glad to see I wasn’t the only one who saw the stupid sign on the door. I think it was left there to illustrate the absurdity of those signs and how total ineffective they truly are. Regrettably the place where I work also has one of those signs on the doors and I’ve force to leave my weapon locked in my vehicle. God forbid something happens and I’m without it. I’d consider violating that rule and wearing my weapon, but I don’t have a way to adequately conceal it with what I wear to work.

  • I’ve had my concealed carry permit for just about a year. I’ve been open carrying for over half of that time. I’ve only had two people comment on it. The first guy simply asked what I carry, the other guy told me I should cover it up. I asked why, Michigan is an open carry state and I’ve been doing it for over 6 months without a problem. I will continue to open carry MOST places. I will not shop at those establishments that prohibit my carrying a weapon in their establishment, that includes ALL the malls in my neck of the woods. I guess Wal-Mart and Meijer will continue to get my business.

  • I have been attending the same church for 2 years. About a year ago I got my CPL. I have been leaving the gun locked in the car when I go in. Makes me uncomfortable that it’s out there and I’m unarmed inside. I am applying for church membership and one of the things I will be asking is for permission to bring my gun in with me. I’m not looking to flash it around and say “Look at me, I’ve got a gun.” It will be in a Crossbreed holster (the one with the cross on the belt clip) and covered by a shirt. I can only attend church every other week because of work. When I do attend I am in the A/V booth near the entrance to the sanctuary. I pray that inside or outside of church that I am never forced to draw my weapon. But I do not want to be a victim or witness others become victims while I have the means to stop it.

  • It’s simple. If they commit you to a psychiatric facility then you are prohibited from legally purchasing a firearm. Simplest way to disarm well trained and seasoned vets who stand against a tyrannical government.

  • I’ve been “designing” my own versions of small homes for the last 15 years. Haven’t built one yet, but I do currently live in a 28′ camper. This is MY CHOICE! Some people choose to live in 4500 square feet, some in more than that. That’s THEIR CHOICE! As long as we’re free we can choose to live however we want, and can afford. The minute the government decides to tell me how big, or small, my domicile must be we’ve got a problem. Living small isn’t for everybody, just live living large isn’t for everybody. Some people worry about Agenda 21 forcing them into small spaces. I worry about that too, I will not be forced into anything by my government. But some of these same people don’t have a problem with the government forcing someone like me into more house than I need. In my area, new home construction cannot be less than 900 sq ft. I’m a single man who lives alone, I don’t need or want 900 sq st, that’s 3 times the space I feel I need. Why should I be forced to pay for space I don’t want?
