JohnTwoFeathers, “Johnson” is only mentioned in the excerpt from the original Post-Dispatch report inserted into the middle of the Blaze article. Poor editing on Jason Howerton’s part, I’d say. You’ll have to read the entire linked Post-Dispatch report to know who Johnson is.

Utter Stupidity. Mercy Rules in sports are for Democrats… if you don’t want to get steamrolled, practice and get better or play in a different league.

They must have fixed the answer for Question 4 since you posted, because it all looks correct now.

@BritishObserver: I dislike what BK has done, but will defend to the death their right to do it. That’s what free speech is about, but that speech can have consequences when intelligent people of opposing viewpoints hear it and disagree. BK is free to support gay pride (whatever that really is) and I’m free to stop buying their product.

Makes me wonder what other legal activities we the people may wish to engage in that the state will want prior notice…

He could have said that little Cavallo, but he likes the sound of his own voice too much. I frankly stopped listening to him when it became clear that he was more interested in playing the games than pushing any conservative viewpoint.

The law is pretty clear in who’s at fault when one car rear ends another. Gerry needs to retire and put us out of his misery…

Freedom of commerce. I still see signs in businesses reading “we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.” If government can force a business to do business with someone against their will, what’s to stop them for forcing customers to patronize a particular business?
1962: or forcing citizens to buy government- mandated health insurance .
It already happens, beyond the ACA example Barber pointed out.
EPA mandates for contractors require a specific hepa filter be used when remediating lead paint or asbestos.
only one company manufactures it.
6 thousand dollar fine for EVERY wrong filter used.
